Just finished the game today. I have my issues with it. But it has a lot of heart, among other things I like about it. But hearing this song in the credits was beautiful.
Was the perfect ending. First Time in years i watch the ending of a game.
Seriously, that last hour of the game shined so hard because of this song. Loved it

Such a great game.
I love her voice so much. Since Silent Hill, i follow her works. She also voiced one of my favorite characters, Cetrion, an elder goddess from Mortal Kombat 11 . Such a unique talent. I would give everything to see Mary Elizabeth Mcglynn and Akira yamaoka all together again for a Silent Hill Remake Project.

I don’t see why PlayStation has to buy it. I’d rather a neutral party bought them. Medium was amazing, but I feel bad for the PlayStation players who can’t experience it. Hopefully they’ll port it eventually, because I LOVED IT!

Yes, she does. She has Heterochromia (Most likely because of her "Dividing" power)
@@ningyo5855 But there are different version of Heterochromia. Marianne could have sectoral heterochromia.

@@adamryamizard5560 In a 'normal' heterochromia, the two irises in the eye are different in color, for example blue and green. But in a sectoral heterochromia, both eyes are of the same color, but 1 of the 2 irises has a few spots of a different color. And they call that sectoral heterochromia.
@@pessie83 that's exactly what Marianne's eyes looks like. She has white colour on below her pupil section. Do you think it's possible that an accident could cause that as well? Or just genetic?
Great game and incredible music, but I hated the ending. I don’t like the cliffhanger, I want to know what happened and if anything was actually resolved by it
This song is incredible, but when I saw the trailer and heard the music I thought for sure it was a new Silent Hill game. Big disappointment. Song's a banger though!
It has silent hill theme in the medium
As a huge fan of the Silent Hill soundtracks, I wish I could hear what everyone else was hearing in this. Maybe with repeated listening I'll appreciate it more, but my first reaction is that the mix is SO muddy that it clashes with Mary's very clear vocals. I wish the guitar was clearer and louder compared to the singing. The lyrics are too in-your-face the whole time, there isn't a lot of subtlety to them and the sound barely gives you time to breathe and appreciate it. The lyrics meander quite a bit and reading over them, they just kinda wander around a bunch of different semi-related ideas and then drop off without coming to any kind of point. Whoever wrote the lyrics dropped the ball here. There's no hook and it's basically just dry description of the character's state of mind.
This really just isn't doing anything for me, and to be honest it sounds... amateurish, aside from the vocals. Which is not something I thought I would ever say about one of my favourite musicians ever. For anyone who loves it, what are you getting from it?
