I watched a French dermatologist talk about the differences in the expensive french products verses the non expensive.
Walmart makes their own sugar scrubs. I found them today next to the tree hut ones. Used the mango one today and so far I’m very happy. And they’re cheaper

I had been diagnosed with KP on my upper arms and thighs. Dr suggested no soap or scrubbing of any kind on the KP areas. I was desperate, so I tried only using my hands. It worked. After 30+ years of "chicken bumps" I am KP free! It took several months, almost a year, for my skin to be fully clear. I do use scrubs and exfoliators now but rarely on my old KP areas. May be coincidental but it worked for me.

I'm always on the lookout for a hand sanitizer that smells nice. I can't stand hand sanitizers smelling like straight up alcohol. It must be nice for those that don't sweat a lot lol....because I sweat like crazy!! Now, top that with social anxiety....not pretty. 😂😂😂😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤

I’ve been living the verb brand of hair care. My hair is super thin and their ghost line is amazing and weightless! I use the ghost shampoo and conditioner, as well as the heat protectant and the ghost oil. I bleach my hair, and it still makes my hair feel amazing and not weighing it down at all!

I’ve been obsessed with first aid beauty firming collagen cream. It is the perfect texture- not so thick that it doesn’t absorb, not so thin/gel like that it doesn’t do deep moisturizing. I feel like I actually notice the difference with this product and that’s rare! Just wish the packaging was cuter but whatever

I will watch absolutely anything you post!! I love native deodorant! It took about a month for me to get used to it. I sweat less, and when I do, it smells great! I love the sweet scented ones most! I’m a regular user! I don’t like Lumi! At all!!!
Not sure if you've tried this for your KP but I got this tip from some random video I was watching years ago. IF you take boiling hot shower, that can make KP worse so try taking almost luke warm showers. This actually worked and improved my KP like nothing else had after about 2 weeks and I still do it to this day. I'll occasionally take a super hot shower if I feel like i really want one but been doing luke warm for awhile now and I dont even notice the difference.
I saw a BUNCH of the Neutrogena Cleanser at Marshall's yesterday here in California! Like 12 bottles, each for 5.99. Check your local one to see if they ended up with some!
I sweat a ton too and Native didn’t really work for me. Schmidt’s works best for me but yeah natural deodorant runs out way faster and it’s pricey for how quick it goes. If you’re looking to replace your Neutrogena cleanser, check out the Hyram gel cleanser or the Curology cleansers at Target. They are my fave cleansers ever and for all skin types!
Gurl I already know that when I get engaged I am going to budget ~$1k for La Mer skincare so I look snatched at my wedding lol. I have also tried that set from Sephora it’s amazing

So I have had KP on the back of my arms for years. I started applying retinol, vitamin C, and hylauronic acid to the back of my arms and it has completely gone away! It started with me just rubbing the excess from my hands after doing my face onto the back of my arms and I noticed a difference. So I deliberately put each thing on my arms daily.

Hint....bit weird but it works.... just use sugar,plain ole sugar mixed with your body wash and scrub hinnie with it....works really well and exfoliates more than a normal exfoliating product😊

Interesting... I don't do crazy hot showers - but I could definitely stand to drop it down a few degrees. Maybe once it warms up I'll give that a try

Elf daily cleaner is great I used neutrogena as well and then in shower I use targets version of them in the bursting beads with my face scrubber

I love the Korean cloths for my KP. I get them at the international store. I’m the same way with ice and my teeth. I love my la mer samples too 😂😭
