I am not an expert but most pros say you should keep nvidia Reflex setting on "ON" not boost. And your View Distance does not effect the view distance of players only objects so you can turn it all the way down as well. Remember you only aim for the FPS that matches your maximum Refreshrate of your monitor.

try performance instead of dx12 and uninstall the shaders in the games launcher should give you a bit of a boost
