how ru getting that much fps on performance mode? i cant barely get 150 with a rtx 3060 and ryzen 5 5500
Maybe you should try reapplying thermal paste on the CPU or clean your PC from dust. You can even reinstall windows, depends on how old your copy is.

Graphics Drivers
Ram should be 16 best for gaming
If you have Hard drive or HDD it affects performance by a lot so go with SSD or solid state drive
Storage maybe you have full storage
Windows version should be 11 best for gaming and overalls
Why The gpu os using only 56 percent?
Fortnite is a more CPU bound title
Is 32gb an overkill for ram?
In my opinion, it is an overkill, 16GB will be enough in most cases
