Moist Chocolate Cake Ingredients:
◆2 cups all purpose or cake flour
◆½ cup cocoa powder
◆2 cups castor sugar
◆50 grams (4 tablespoons) butter
◆2 teaspoons baking powder
◆1 ½ teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
◆2 eggs
◆½ cup vegetable oil
◆1 teaspoon vanilla essence
◆¼ teaspoon salt
◆1 cup boiling water
◆2 ½ teaspoons instant coffee granules
◆1 cup milk
For the topping:
◆150 grams milk chocolate
◆4 tablespoons milk or fresh cream

What a coincidence ,today I was thinking about the last time I had good chocolate cake 🤤 didn’t know it was so easy to achieve this at home .Side note , 01:57 it’s so oddly satisfying when the milk mixes up with the coffee
Lol guess you were meant to see this and try this recipe 😜 please do give it a go, if you want to you can always add a chocolate icing for a richer, almost store bought like cake. I prefer the ganache as it's easy to make and doesn't steal the show of the cake itself
