It might be easier to use round chocolate moulds, then add melted chocolate, use a pastry brush to brush the chocolate up the sides, then allow to firm. Then add the marshmallow, top with the Oreo (or, even better, thin vanilla wafers) and finally top with more chocolate. Place in the fridge or freezer to harden, and they will pop right out of the moulds. This method is easier, as the marshmallow will not stick to the moulds.
