    Excellent vdo lecture bt.in my opinion as a professional in brief in my opinion there r multiple methods used for selection bt.the point is r they valid nd how r they useful.Are Psychometric test used nd is psychological interpretation is done by an expert in selection nd r they validated.In my opinion projective test nd value scales r important to assess a candidate conviction, beliefs nd attitude makes a difference.Also Aptitude, ability nd behavioural test r fruitful in brief.A good Recruiter should know how to tackle business problems in any sector or Organization etc.HR play's a vry.imp.role in my opinion.Vry inspiring vdo lecture maam nd worth praising.Thanx👍
