Same! When I move to Cape Town I'd love to be able to run a *marathon* with my closest friends so ive been using an app to help. Ive started *reading* more fiction (these are both to decrease my screentime & get out of the Home office). I really want to be able to talk to my *Spanish* speaking art friends in their own language so that's a goal I've planned thoroughly.
Glad you are posting again! You videos are such colorful artist gems! This was wonderful advice. Love the idea of rest and reflect with the image of cats! Mariane Cresp has a video called how to use a self-care/break list on her channel where is talks about 3 types of breaks and Jashii Corrin has some mental health journal videos where she discusses self-care like self-care bingo on her channel. I like those ideas. My goals and/or 30 day challenges is fitness/walking, too! I will use outdoor walks and RUclips walking workouts from Grow with Jo and Leslie Sansone Walk at Home. I also need to do more strength workouts and drink more water. Wishing everyone a great Holiday and New Year!

decluttering a phone/computer regularly is such a good idea, mine often gets left till I run out of space on my phone and that's then not a fun task! hope everyone has a lovely Christmas ❤❤

That’s a huge dealll! The inbox digital declutter! I’ve been wanting that for so long! That’s one of my goals for next year. Very peaceful and motivating 😊
What a funny coincidence! I’m just in the middle of some digital declutterring, finally looking through old external hard drives and usb’s to open and save what I need. I’ve been painstakingly categorising and naming all my prints and illustrations so I can keep track. When I feel stressed I go through my emails and unsubscribe and delete things. OHH a few weeks back I finally deleted the Instagram app and replaced it with Sporcle …so now instead of browsing through silly videos/photos I’ve been challenging myself to remember all the countries in the world 😅😊 It feels like less of a waste of time and doesn’t have terrrible comment sections to bring me down. Hope you have a lovely New Year!
Well done! That sounds like a mammoth task but will be so worth it when you're all done. Ooh I might check out Sporcle too! I've been doing Wordle to pass the time instead of scrolling :)

This 'in between' time feels a bit as a 'waiting time' for a fresh start but I don't want to put the pressure on myself of having figured out everything already by January the first but there is also a part of me that dreams of be 'prepared' in a way hmmm .... the thought of giving yourself a' real 'time off as you said is indeed something I need to work on too ...
