Also for townies you don’t really plan on playing, I loveeee and have to use the life decider mod by kawaiistacie helps so much that I can just get a randomized career, skills, social life, etc

This video literally changed my game - I had no idea about that MC Dresser functionality, and now I've started using it for literally every sim. Just makes everything so much easier when creating new townies!

All of this is so helpful and some of what I use for my own gameplay! It feels like after years I’m finally fully immersed in the lives of the sims I create and have great storylines. My only thing is I always have aging off and have one specific family I age but their storylines merge with other townies that I don’t age up (mainly because I work hard on their stories and don’t want to keep creating families to fill in)
this was actually the main reason that I started a base save file! so that I can leave it fairly untouched with good lots and townies, and then when I start new gameplay I can press "save as" and then play with aging on. That way, when I go interact with the townies they aren't all old and have random babies and stuff.

Gosh, am I ever glad to find your channel! My saves have been too haphazard. I like to be a bit of a theatre director and in order to play that way you have to make choices because not making a choice still ends up being a choice, you know? I do the same thing when I see the randomized outfits. I forget their personality completely and idk why/how that happens. Lol.

Hey Hun I really enjoyed the video you gave some helpful tips that I need to try especially with MCC command I have that in my game but I am just learning you can copy and paste accessories to other outfits. It is so frustrating having to switch to a different category and put things like makeup and stuff all on the sim again it's time consuming.
yess after finding that feature in MCC center i never made sims the same way
I use the tray importer on mc command center. All of my sims townies import from what I save on the gallery.
