    Okay so little appreciation post✨ I am really really amazed that it has been already 6 years that i am watching your videos. I graduated from school as the same year you had, so i am watching vlogs from study with me to 75 hard challenge on self improvement, and I am really proud of your development throughout the years. And one thing I want to say that you are only one RUclipsr that i am watching consistently all this year, I am so emotionally connected to you. May be you not gonna read this but i still want to appreciate your hard work for making us motivated and optimistic ✨ ,love you❤

    I can’t put into words how important it is to become aware of our own health and have a deep understanding of what works for us or not (e.g., the diet part of 75 Hard for us women). Watching other people address these topics and talk about them brings a lot of clarity. Thank you for another high-quality video, as always 💚

    I totally understand when you were talking about insecurity. It’s a huge battle we fight every day. What helped me is to know that they never really go away, so you have to live your life anyway. The grass isn’t necessarily greener on the other side, it’s greener where you water it❤
    Hope this helps

    so cool to see more people talking about the relation between gut and menstrual health. I have IBS and many symptoms of endometriosis, both which apparently feed into other a lot and it's very confusing and overwhelming to dive into all of that and understand what is good and bad for my body. stress definitely messes things up even more and it's even trickier considering you are already dealing with the symptoms of exhaustion, pain and discomfort.
    excited to see how you go about it and wishing your symptoms get better!

    how I ran once I saw on your insta stories that you had uploaded a new video !! I'm so addicted to your videos it's crazy, and I love it!! Also, I am SO starting 75 hard with you on the 1rst of july. Honestly I was scared because I felt like some of the rules would not work for me, especially on my period, so I'm really happy you talked about it, it's literally what I needed. ❤

    This video just spoke to me so hard. I went through a stressful 2+ years (nurse in covid unit, moving across country, etc) and came out the other side with PCOS.
    What completely changed the game for me was
    1. Taking myo-inositol
    2. Drinking spearmint tea 2x day
    3. Low impact workouts/managing stress
    4. 8+ hours of sleep
    5. Protein first thing in the morning, cutting out all caffeine- no soda, no coffee no matcha.
    I finally feel and look like myself again 🫶 the male pattern hair is gone, the weight dropped, the puffy face is gone, mood is stable, periods are regular and not painful.
    I hope this helps someone else out there. 🙏

      how long after u made the changes did u see a difference?

    • @sarahbates6534
      @sarahbates6534 Месяц назад

      @@sitazin what took the longest to change was the hair loss on my head and abnormal hair growth on my lip/chin, belly button. That took 3 months or so to improve. With cutting caffeine the initial detox is hell for 2 weeks but if you can get past that you feel less anxious immediately after. Protein in morning + low impact workouts caused amazing changes almost immediately. Inositol + spearmint lowered by testosterone in 1 month and gave me my period back 🫶 good luck to you on your journey, you can do it.

    When it comes to 75 hard I customized it for me. While I can’t call it 75 hard it does include goals and things I know I need to do like exercising, meditation, journaling, etc. so I guess I call it 75 soft or something because I knew the challenge was made by someone who doesn’t even have the qualifications to even say the challenge is healthy or something everyone can do. Like instead of two workouts of 45 mins I do two workouts that are 20 mins each or one 45 min workout it depends on the day. You’re doing great keep it up, we’re still rooting for you regardless. ❤

    This is completely unsolicited advice, but for PCOS the one big gamer changer was growing my legs. 2-3 weeks of leg days have completely U-turned all my symptoms. I also do upper body but I feel my upper body is a lot less capable of growing muscle than my quads and ass. The day I started squatting regularly is honestly the day my periods became so cyclic, and I got an ass you can now bounce pennies off. Shower, dry off and then magnesium spray. Magnesium has also been a gamer changer for me too, along with zinc. Gives me powerhouse sleep. Then I'd say having my inositol-NAC-amino-acid "power drink" in the morning and afternoon. Berberine is great if you have slight insulin resistance. I also love herbal teas. I mix and match for stress relief in the evening. I'm really hot-wired and "highly productive" so in the evenings I need to just CHILL OUT. I tend to just read a fiction book, journal and have a cup of tea and unwind. Or I'd be up until 2am learning 90s hip hop moves in the living room or bulk learning Italian or convincing myself I NEED to practise the guitar at 1am. Completely unsolicited, sorry girly.
    Love your channel though. You're doing amaaaazing.

    The thing you said about 75 hard not being made for women's is so true, I have endometriosis and it's really hard for me starting doing this challenge because 1 week of the month I am fucking bleeding, last month I tried to run during my period and literally past out. Right now I am doing the candida diet and embracing my health era too, focusing on my nourishment, taking my supplements, your videos haven been so inspiring, Hope you doing well, love from Brazil

    75 Hard won't work for most people. If you have/are chronic illness, pregnant, disability or children and you work full-time then you don't have the time to do the challenge.
    And yeah women cannot sensibly workout for 90 minutes a day. Are there any rest days?! 75 Hard just sounds like several 30 day challenges smushed together written by a man who probably has a woman raising his kids and doing all the housework so he has time for the challenge he made up 🤷‍♀️

    • @AnnaLenkovska
      @AnnaLenkovska  2 месяца назад

      When it comes to the time this challenge takes, I agree, it’s definitely not for everyone. But when it comes to 90 minute workouts and rest days, your workouts are allowed to be walks. The challenge works for women if they know how to cycle sync. During my period & luteal phase most of my workouts are walks and I feel great.

    dearest anna 🥺i loved these reflections, i always do haha
    i followed the fodmap diet with the help of a nutritionist and it ended up being really helpful for my ibs. so that is something i’d really recommend, although i bet you’ve read about it too!! gut problems are exhausting, especially since it’s connected to mental wellbeing too… sending you so much love, i believe that you will find something that will help you ❤️

    For me my insecurites came back into my life when I was working on appearance related goals. Maybe that is what is bothering you too.
    Right now they don’t bother me anymore cause I started to enjoy the process and the discomfort that came with challenging myself. Sometimes when the challenge gets overwhelming they come back. Hopefully it’s an answer to your issues

    About gut health it's good to test for parasites and helicobacter pylori, they could be the root code of the gut problems. Also taking antibiotics can worsen the state of your gut, because it kills also good bacteria. I just stumbled on this video and I'm going to stay for longer, just the series I needed to accompany me in my 'getting my life together' journey 😄 good luck in your journey to better health, it's so important and it's good to adjust any plan to own needs. ☺️
