Great review. Good product. I'll always be able to depend on it. I'd rather have it and NOT need it than to need it and NOT HAVE it. Peace of mind is everything. It's a great product to help charge your solar watches fast.
Thanks for this.. I bought a Coolfire watch some years ago (2019) off Amazon and they sold an LED booster at the same time but nothing like this in your video. it is just a slim black disc with LEDs .. rather like a large 44mm diameter coin 7mm thick.. it plugs into a USB port too. I put it in a drawer and forgot it.. LOL.. We are not known for all day sun in England but I just got into the habit of leaving the watch in a brightest part of the house when not wearing it.... I just dug the booster out and giving the watch a boost. the battery signal always appears to be charged the way I have used it till now.
I’ve had cool fire led light for a good few years now and I have perhaps neglected some of my solar watches by leaving them stored away for months at a time with no light source, this product helped me jump start the batteries essentially instead of leaving it on a window seal for hours on end. It seems to charges it pretty well and often will now top up my watches I’m not using every month or two and they all run great. Having a watch collection often makes it difficult to rotate through them all to charge whilst wearing
my GWG Casio Mudmaster 2000 showing L Battery sign , although it is in display box still didnt get charged much , thinking of buying this , thank you for a detailed review .
I just used my LED camping lamp plugged into USB power and charged 4 watches at once, seems to work so I'll hold off buying this as I just needed to top off my watches in the winter months maybe a couple times or less, seems expensive 35+10 shipping. If this was mass produced in China, it'll be like $15 tops with all the LED and USBs readily available in that country, the chassis would be the only unique piece to produce. Great device though I almost bought one just bad price. Great review none the less.
Thanks ! Yeah I agree with you that it doesn't seem like it should cost so much. There are a lot of much cheaper usb powered LED products out there that could be used to sort of do that same thing
If this charger is too high priced for you, Why not try the one I have on my desk connected to an Anker Type A to C cable on my powered hub; the Eceen ECE 004 solar watch charger with 2 levels of star-like lux potency (20k, low, 40k, high, switches off after 8 hours(while the Cool Fire stays on), has a third charging stand for square bezeled displays (the Cool Fire only has two), only gets as warm as 89°F on low vs. 103° F on high. And for most peeps, it does just as good a job as the Coolfire & it's merely $15@Amazon Strike while the Union's 🥵!
I paid over £40 for this from Amazon,I think a realistic price would be around £15,it’s a tacky plastic Chinese mass produced gimmicky piece of kit,but to keep your watches topped off it has its uses, but I do agree with the video saying about high powered torches for a quarter of the price would do the same job,but I’ve got it now,so may as well use it.
Unfortunately, I need two of them. I have a large collection I work graveyard so I don’t see very much sun. I need it for my solar watches. I like the features of my expensive watches, but they all have solar built-in.
Hello watchify, did you ever tryed a UV-Flashight expl. Nitecore Tube UV ? They have 365 nm wavelength, maybe that work also. And that lights are usealble also for other things. Its only an idea....😊😊😊
It will heat your watch up. Not by that much. If I leave my on the charger for two hours, it’s faintly warm. I usually only use it for a couple of hours. I’m into watches so…
I had one and the LEDs started to fail quite quickly. I switched to using a video light (LED), which was more effective, although it also cost more. The Coolfire is poorly made in my opinion.
I suppose it would be good if you lived somewhere where you don't get a lot of sun, but I think it might be a bit of a gimmick. Appreciate showing something different though.
Great review.
Good product.
I'll always be able to depend on it.

I'm in Scotland, so useful for me. TY

You answered my question in the first minute.
I have one and it works far better than I thought it would. I have 9 solar watches.

Exactly. I still use mine regularly
Interesting, was considering making an auto-charger device to keep my watch "topped up" - thx for the info!

Strike while the Union's 🥵!
Thanks for video. I work nights so my watch never sees the sun. The watch as been dead for about 4 years now so going to get this and give it a try
No Prob ! 😁
I don't have issues sunny all year round 😅
On a related note, I’d love a review of the nighthawk!
here you go ruclips.net/video/kwSL6swsQHM/видео.html
How long do u leave each watch charging??
I live in Việt Nam where have sunlight all day in year,i put my solar watch on the rooftop, and it will have a fylly charge in 5 hours

LOL - maybe someone could also use this as a bed side lamp 🤔
Yes maybe,but it’s a piercingly bright light
Usb? Moment i have Imalent SR32 120.000 lumens :D I can recharge under 3 seconds, right? :D

I’m not getting the charger but I did just order a watch case similar to yours. I have a collection of eco drives that would be perfect
😁👍

No. Too late. I didn't know about that before I bought this. I have a uv flashlight but not rechargeable

Ok - so far mine has been holding up. I'll admit it doesn't get heavy use though
It's better to have & not need than need & not have one of these watch chargers, especially on cloudy or rainy days as well as long winter nights!
Can we put screen protector to solar watches ?
Indications are yes but may negatively impact charging time.
It works well on cloudy days.
💯

No prob - thanks for the comment!
De igual manera me sirve a mi, xk no puedo dejar mi reloj cargando afuera en el patio por días, porque es zona de departamentos.
Unbelievably overpriced. A standard multi-LED torch placed on top of the watch will do the same for less than half the cost. No heat either.
I am not aware of an led flashlight that can run continuously from USB power though
Sofirn SC18 from AE.
$10 on 11/11 sale.
Works from usb-c without battery
This is somewhat handy when you're working on a night shift I guess?
Lol. Yes...solar powered watches probably not best choice for graveyard shift workers
This reminds me of the canned air in “Spaceballs” for some reasons. Just so pointless, it’s ridiculous.
Where can I buy this canned air you speak of 🤔😆
Don't order from this company a con
Why?
@@drew5992 I ordered a watch never replied to my emails I recived the watch 2 months later rubbish
