I also learn how to make rice soup from your mom's recipe. In California, there's only ONE restaurant makes the best Khmer pork rice soup that is Ta Cherry. I think it calls Noodle Sack on Cherry Street in Long Beach. After watched Lok OM made rice soup, I went to the store bought all the ingredients, my family love it! They said my rice soup tastes as good as Ta Cherry! LOL. I showed my mom's your video of your mom's garden and she loves it, we wish we live close to you so we can go over ask for some of those fruits lol. The part your mom talks about herself when she was a kid and her grandfather, that part kinda choke me up :(.
Anyway, we love you and your mom. You two are so sweet and so cute.

This looks delicious! I love recipes that use all the parts of an animal 👍🏼, the naughty bits always tasted better to me. But I’ve never seen this kind of chicken sold at the Korean store. Perhaps my local Chinese or Vietnamese store might have it? I don’t think we have a Cambodian market unfortunately. Are the chickens with the eggs inside labeled as such?
Mostly any asian market should have this type of chicken. You can't find this at your local grocer though.
