What were the options he had that added so much to the cost? Just trying to understand what the base gets you as compared to this

The overall build had a lot of custom elements. For the Hudson Bay, it came equipped with a few options like the rear exterior storage and the automatic lifting roof. Add in the awning, toilet, batteries, and a few other things and we get around that $100k mark pretty quickly.
