No cascadeur at the school. I’m a current student.
A few use blender to model but not part of the curriculum

No pity, i feel like anyone could learn how to do all this stuff alone online at home and ive seen plenty of artists with similar or better results that are completely self taught
Gnomon feels like its there for the social experience or something of being surrounded by other artists, probs not worth the tens of thousands of dollars tho
