As a mother of two adult children that are mentally disabled ones 30 and the other 40. My forty-year-old asked me one day what's going to happen when you and Dad aren't here what's going to happen to him (my thirty-year-old?) And I said I don't know sweetheart I don't even want to think about it right now but something that has to be talked about eventually. We don't have anyone else just us they don't have grandparents our family just has us, mom and dad. And watching this it made me so happy and I realized that Gabe will never have to worry about being in any kind of group home or living assisted nothing. He's has a brother and sister that will take care of him the rest of his life and love him to the moon and back so that made me pretty happy! You could have your own sitcom called Everyone Loves Gabe ❤😊❤😊❤😊

I simply love your stories. It's great to see a family living life in happiness, despite the challenges that sometimes arise. Gabriel is a fine young man learning, through his acting, how to communicate better. Nick deserves the praise for this wonderful journey he's leading his brother in. May it also reflete in your acting carreer. Kira is a cute girl with a heart filled with love for her family. I, especially, loved the parents love story, so romantic. My husband and I have a similar story and are 39 years married this year. I love you guys!❤

My uncle had Down syndrome and he lived with my family my whole life. He LOVED the holidays and he’d start talking about them on the night we’d celebrated the current one. Ie on thanksgiving he’d start talking about Christmas and we set up tree day after Christmas. No one in our lives will ever forget his birthday. November 4. He’d drag us to the calendar and point to the day. My favorite is he was obsessed with hats. So obsessed that we had to put a limit to it. So on the 1st of every month, he got a new hat. When it was nearing hat day, he had a pill caddy. He would take his pills (almost all vitamins) for the day of the first then try to convince us it was the first. I think of him every day. ❤️
