when i done this mantra i could feel the pain of the world and made my eyes cry; it so very powerful when i do this one. it can help to take away pain from people that very sick and also it heals feelings like arrogance, hate, desire and greed after 2 times hearing this and try i already know him like it supposed to be like this, very strange but good experience.

Buddha says to his disciples to have tolerance and appreciate the good of other religions and he also encouraged one to explore them. One of the guiding principles is to have doubts, because one can only truly understand the truth by overcoming them. When buddha is by his beside, he asked his disciples if they had doubts and encouraged them to face them. This was what caught me to believe in buddism. I was once a christian too.
My understanding is that--every being has certain vibration, so someone like Buddha,with loving kindness he expressed , must be good, positive vibration that we can join.Not brick & mortar as such, but heart and mind of him.

No answer, no words is a good way to pratice, to learn more just to got into trouble. Just believe in the Sultra, Buddha is with me. I do as I was told from the Sultra which is my only Teacher.
To be angry when push against there comfort they fight back in fear of nor knowing but one way.. I peace to Buddha and praise Allah May we all find enlightenment. So few can realize the same.

When I feel negative, I always come back to listen to this. This helps me to remain calm and stay focused on what's important in life ❤
