Buddhism its All about The Body and Mind. Which we All Humans Possess. And, the Mind is like The Monkey the Buddha Said. If the Mind can be Controlled like the Monkey i then, the The Mind becomes Lighter, Pure and Brilliant like the Sun. Soon Enough, We will Experience Nibbana , only Thru Vipassana meditation.

Once the mind is free from distractions and calm, we use meditation to develop concentration and mindfulness. Diligent contemplation of the dhamma, the 4 noble truths, will condition essential understanding to arise to bring about the unconditioned/liberated peace also called nirvana/nibbana.

Hopefully...! But unfortunately i ever read from Tipitaka that Buddha's teaching (dhamma) only last 5000 years since Siddhatta's death. Now already 2500s from HIS death, so still left 2400s years before it vanishes. Also it's written "original" Buddha's teaching only last 500 years from HIS death, after that so many 'add-on' and 'sub-off' would be found in Dhamma
