If you on network sharing but error in sharing just stop this services and set like below example
SSDP discovery - Automatic >Apply > OK
UPNP device host - Automatic > Stop > Start > Apply ok
Function Discovery provider -Automatic >Stop>Start>Apply>Ok
Function Discovery Resources Publication Automatic>Stop>Start> Apply>Ok
