Haan, agar Windows par password-protected sharing disable hai aur aap file sharing enable karte hain, to koi bhi user jo aapke local network (LAN/Wi-Fi) par connected hai, aapke shared folders aur files tak bina kisi username aur password ke access kar sakta hai.
Lekin ismein security risk hota hai, kyunki aapki files unauthorized access ke liye vulnerable ho jati hain.
Steps to Enable Simple File Sharing Without Password:
Turn Off Password-Protected Sharing:
Go to Control Panel → Network and Sharing Center.
Click on Change advanced sharing settings.
Under All Networks, find Password-protected sharing and select Turn off password-protected sharing.
Enable File Sharing:
Right-click the folder you want to share → Properties → Sharing tab → Click on Share.
Select Everyone from the dropdown and click Add.
Set the permissions (Read/Write) as needed.
Check Network Discovery:
Ensure Network Discovery is turned on:
Go to Control Panel → Network and Sharing Center → Advanced sharing settings.
Under Private profile, ensure Turn on network discovery is selected.

1. नेटवर्क सेटिंग्स जांचें:
प्रिंटर की IP Address जांचें: सुनिश्चित करें कि प्रिंटर का IP Address सही है और नेटवर्क में उपलब्ध है।
पिंग टेस्ट करें: प्रिंटर के IP Address को पिंग करके देखें कि वह नेटवर्क से कनेक्ट है या नहीं।
2. ड्राइवर अपडेट करें:
डिवाइस मैनेजर खोलें: Windows + X दबाएँ और "Device Manager" चुनें।
प्रिंटर सेक्शन में जाएं: अपने प्रिंटर पर राइट-क्लिक करें और "Update driver" चुनें।
ऑनलाइन अपडेट खोजें: यदि कोई अपडेट उपलब्ध है, तो उसे इंस्टॉल करें।
3. नेटवर्क प्रोटोकॉल जांचें:
SMB 1.0/ CIFS File Sharing Support को एक्टिवेट करें:
Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off में जाएं।
SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support को चेक करें और OK पर क्लिक करें।
4. प्रिंटर को पुनः जोड़ें:
Control Panel > Devices and Printers में जाएं।
प्रिंटर पर राइट-क्लिक करके "Remove device" चुनें।
Add a Printer से प्रिंटर को नेटवर्क के माध्यम से पुनः जोड़ें।
5. फायरवॉल/एंटीवायरस सेटिंग्स:
फायरवॉल या एंटीवायरस प्रोग्राम प्रिंटर कनेक्शन को ब्लॉक कर सकता है। इसे अस्थायी रूप से डिसेबल करके देखें।
6. प्रिंटर सर्विस रीस्टार्ट करें:
Run (Windows + R) खोलें और टाइप करें: services.msc
Print Spooler सर्विस ढूंढें, इसे राइट-क्लिक करें और Restart चुनें।
7. नेटवर्क पर अन्य डिवाइस चेक करें:
अन्य डिवाइस से प्रिंटर का एक्सेस टेस्ट करें। यदि वे भी नहीं जुड़ पा रहे हैं, तो समस्या प्रिंटर की नेटवर्क सेटिंग्स में हो सकती है।
