north LA district is shady. really needs new leadership. the DM and rvp dont take any situation seriously. they don't care for their employees. they claim integrity and ownership and flexbility are their core values. sure they are. if that was the case then they were abandoned long ago. i had to call osha and department of public health on one of their centers because they refused to have someone fix their A/C units, in a 110 degree summer. They're claim is there's too many channels to go through in order to get anything done, or they just wont attempt to fix anything for lack of caring. If i was Tom Shannon, I'd fire whoever is overlooking that district. if nothing changes it proves to me and all the league bowlers how little they actually care about bowling. The PBA (which they own btw) avoids most of their centers because of how poorly kept and ran they are, and other district managers don't want to host those events in the entire western region not one bowlero center wanted to host the players championship regional qualifier, so they had to settle for el cerritos which is a notoriously bad center even to practice in. They don't care about bowling they care about money. worst district to bowl in and an even worse company to work for. period. But I have hope, that one day the right people will be left in charge, and the wrong people in charge now won't be. time will tell. but for now, it's a shit show.
