Recipe:
To cook the rice
2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
1 chopped onion
3 cups of rice
1 bay leaf
Salt to your taste
3 cups of beef stock
2 cups of water
* cook on medium heat until soft
To make the sauce:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 chopped onion
500g tiny beef pieces
500g ground beef
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp crushed garlic
I paprika + 1 habanero roughly blended
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp rosemary or thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to your taste
1 green + yellow bell pepper for garnish
