Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground italian sausage
4 Cup cooked rice, prepared with chicken broth
2 Cans chicken broth
3/4 Cup green & red bell pepper, diced
3/4 Cup yellow onion, diced
1/4 Cup celery, diced
1/4 Cup flour
3 bay leaves
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

This looks great and you can change the spices to make Mexican dirty rice or Greek dirty rice and can change one of the meats for lamb or chicken. I would also use Minute Rice. Minute Rice gets such a bad rap but it's good to me! Thanks for the inspiration!
