I recently went for a cleaning and I just got done cleaning my teeth and the doctor came in and looked around I have a tooth that I had a root canal on it has a crown on it also and he said it looks like there's a cavity starting down into the nerve under the crown he said it's probably going to have to come out are there any options to saving a tooth I spent $2,500 on it to save it and all that money is going to be down the drain do I have any options of having it saved
