    Canuary beats Black Friday hands down! We are only 3 days in and I have seen 3 recipes I would have never thought of and have never heard of!!!       We started a 3-ring binder 2 years ago for collaborations and just print out recipes. Now I need to develop an index. Love these!

    I love how you showed the inside of your filled canner. When I first started canning I didn't know you could mix recipes or that you could use a water filled jar to take up space. These are the kinds of tips that help to take away the stress of learning to can.

    I learned canning later in life and I love seeing all the recipes I never dreamed of before. I have never thought of something savory being a jam. My mind is opened up so much.

      Once you start pressure can you be wondering why you didn't start long time ago. Take it slow and easy following the instructions of the ball book or some of our fabulous collaborators.

    Thanks for sharing and thanks to you, and to For Jars, and to all Canuary participating channels. I really Enjoyed the video. I’ll have to try this!…Tomato Herb Jam…I’ve made ghost pepper jam with red and orange bell peppers, and ghost peppers to spice it up. It was delicious on crackers with cream cheese and with savory meats also. Happy canning!
    PS I’ll have to try the Pomonas Pectin next time and double the recipe. Yum! 🔥🍅🪴🌶️😋🤤

    This is my first year for canary what a great play on words. I had stopped canning so I gave a my jars away because we were moving to an area that has a very short growing season, the closest Farmers market in the summer is 140 miles. Long stoey short once canning gets in your blood you can not stop. So Thank- you all for keeping it going.

    I have never tried tomato jam but my dear friend Sarah loved it. I love tomatoes so I will have to try thus in memory of her who died from covid. She raised her kids, grandchildren and was raising her great grandkids. I miss her laugh. 😢
