    "Dude dancing", is John Travolta! Their baby brother was singing with them, Andy Gibb. And yes, the "echo" is each brother coming in just a split second after each other.

    Hon, the dude that was dancing is a jailbait John Travolta in his first movie role from "Saturday Night Fever." He didn't even know how to dance when he got this role, but he went off and trained like a lunatic so they didn't have to use a body double -- and he killed it. This role basically started his career.

      @@Zlata1313 And it really improved the movie -- they could shoot him in a Fred-Astaire-style full-figure, which made it a lot more impressive. Dance doubles are jarring to the eye.

      @@willow_wise I don't workout, so I wouldn't know. Lol. I'm just not a Barry fan, also. Never was, and never will be. I've read, and seen too much that churns my stomach about Barry. I go on facts, not hearsay. Besides that, I've never liked Barry's voice. I could describe it, but it wouldn't be nice. Lol

    • @willow_wise
      @willow_wise 2 года назад +5

      @@susanhunter7124 I love Robin, but I do like all the brothers and all their voices. I especially like songs where they share lead. I think there was an era where Barry got ALL the attention and was considered by many to be the "leader" and I didn't like that because in my mind they were all a part of the whole and it just didn't work without all three doing their part. I am also not a huge fan of Barry's falsetto when it is over used, but I do really like his natural voice. For me this song is sort of an anomoly to the falsetto cause it's just a fun song that makes you move. What I love most about Bee Gees is their is so much variety for every mood.

      @@willow_wise I'm glad that you like them all. However, Robin and Maurice for me. I'm on the bad list for not singling out Barry. 👎 Robin was always the "underdog" in some people's views. Keep in mind, he co-wrote over 95% of their songs. He came up with the idea for many of them. For example, I Started A Joke and Massachusettes. Honestly, when I first heard Barry's voice, I became sick and 🤢. I have migraines, and it didn't help.
