My goal is to get an aerial invert (bent legs for starters, then eventually straight legs). Also working towards a controlled forearm stand and shoulder stand.
these are good goals!!!! I thought it would take me so much longer to do invert with straight arms and straight legs, but in the middle of the 12 week challenge I decided to do the hard thing and just go for it, now it is almost the end I am getting it!!!!! It doesn't take that long if you work for it!
@@DebbieBlanke Oh WE LOVEEEEEE IT. It took us 3 years longing for one until we have the chance to complete renovate this home studio, the wall bars is the first thing we plan in it. I didn't plan on making a video on this but now you said it, it's actually a great idea! We use it every single day literary, for stretching and strengthening. My boyfriend walter would say it is the equipment that helps him to get a 6pax ahahh.
If i have to pack the biggest benefit just to share one with you now, both of our grip strength improve a lot for aerials (me) and climbing (him). This brand I picked is not the cheapest, but its the only brand that makes a bar that is sooo pretty to have right in the middle of my living room. Every visitor also can't help to play with it. Thanks for this amazing idea i will make a short video to share more!!
My goals is handstand and arms balance, to learn aerial hop and aerial dance at home I will check if you have any classes online or program it's can help me Thanks 🙏🏻🌹

Yes, Siri has a mind of her own to change my comments. A/k/a Swedish bars? Mostly wondering though the value of adding to my studio.
