@@KharmaMedic truly I watched 'Keep Productives's' Video from Khe and I helped me out a lot. Thank you. This video inspired me extremly. Tomorrow I am going to set up some life things. Thank you again
I watched many videos on Notion after being convinced by Ali Abdaal, I am studying for MRCP exams and I still can't find any real productivity from Notion in my life. May be it's useful for people who are highly productive like Medical students/Doctors also being RUclipsrs etc. On the other hand the best thing I ever found in this search is that of Remnote. I immediately got hooked to it and can't explain in words how helpful it is turning out to be.
I just started using Notion today and I have been having so much fun just organizing it and making stuff that I will actually use. I just started a to do list like yours and getting stuff done on it feels so satisfying. I also started a "master guide" on every class that I am taking, where I will store all of the important stuff from the classes for midterms and finals so that I won't go through a mad dash of looking through all of my notes once a semester. Thanks for talking about notion in this video, Kharma! I think this will be a real game changer for me to become a lot more productive.
I’ve been watching around 10h of Notion’s content on RUclips. Feel like it’s a long time to set up a notebook but I feel it will help in the long run not getting distracted. Bottom line Is some people need this, some don’t.
I wasn’t pretty sure about starting to use Notion, it seemed confusing and overwhelming... but after this video I don’t have any more doubts! Let’s try to boost my productivity with this tool 👌😊 Thank u very much for all your amazing content 😊
I think one of the biggest advantages of notion is that you set it up how you want it and for the way you think. I started out with a setup that was centered around deadlines and tasks. It just gave me anxiety as a non-type a person. Now I use it more as a scrapbook of ideas and documentation of my projects. I still have a kanban board of tasks but they are done ad-hoc when needed. I also still have a calendar for big things I absolutely need to track due dates for. It still helps me review what to do next and prioritise without forcing myself to be a person I am not.
Hey Nasir, I'm a post-grad entry final year medical student and I have been a huge fan of yours! Your videos are motivational and inspiring and I've learnt so much about how medical school's like in the UK. Btw, the median nerve supplies the lateral 3.5 digits, not half of the 3rd digit. The half is actually on the 4th digit. :))
As someone who's working 3 full time jobs and a full time physical therapy student, Notion would do wonders for me. Thank you so much for the easy to understand tutorial! I will create mine using the info I learned here.

Notion saved my school life this fall semester! With me taking 5 classes and all 5 being online, if I did not have Notion, I would have been so lost and missed soo many assignments.
I have tried so many to do list and task organiser apps in the last year... This is so detailed and will definitely help me... Thanks a lot for bringing it to us!! ❤❤❤❤
This one is so helpful! Thank you, Nasir! I am new to Notion and searched for a video on how students exactly use this for studying and life apart of studying. There are some videos on that topic on RUclips, but your video helped me the most.

Hello Kharma, I recently started using Notion trying to organize my life as a student and a young adult. I've been having a rough time trying to figure out how to create a Productive To-Do List Tracker just like yours. I was wondering if you could make a tutorial on how you have designed it or provide a link to a easy template that I can import to my Notion dashboard.

omg thank you so much for sharing the organizing tips using all the devices and softwares application. honestly, i’ve been battling with these sort of organizing things throughout the semester since i am quite used to jot down notes manually (all the stationaries and stuffs). thank you.
best to-do list i've seen on notion! definitely going to integrate this into my own notion setup! i recently started using notion and i found the main issue with any school-related template was that the to-do list was a static text list, and i couldnt access it across my entire notion. i was trying to build an effective database for this, and your simple but amazingly effective set-up is the answer. thank you!!
I absolutely love this video! How do you find the time to have a RUclips channel, be a medical student, and balance everything else in your life? I am only in my Bachelor's program doing five classes, working 30 hours a week, and trying to find time for my significant other and I feel overwhelmed. It seems like you are doing way more yet are successful at juggling it all. Is there some kind of secret I am not aware of?
for those who are avid readers it can can be difficult to maintain a page as such for the books you want to read , reading and read. So you can use goodreads also it will save a load of time as it record the start end date of your book along with the number of times you have reread it .

I’ve tried Notion before, and while it did seem like a really great idea, the general layout and formatting was simply too complicated and frustrating to get the hang of for someone like myself who wants quick and simple.
Same. I also found myself wasting more time on the whole personalizing aspect of it instead of actually working... It might be my own personal problem tho
It’s incredibly difficult to learn. I had to work at it for a month to learn enough to make it useful for me. And I still don’t feel totally comfortable with it
Notion is such an amazing tool that I have stumbled on. it has become part of my life and business. Now, I am searching to get as much out of it as possible. Huge thanks for this tutorial and setup-going to be using this so much.🔥🔥🔥
Hello guys, I watched the video twice. Found it very nice and copied the style of the dashboard. Thank you!! 🙏 The thing I didn't get is how to setup, that the checked boxes are going in the "completed section" of the dashboard and disappear from the life/Admin part. It is at minute 7:30 of the video. Thanks for your help in advance!!
thank you so much i just finished creating my dashboard and it feels so good to have all of my things organized, this makes such a big diference, at first i wished you had put in a template and shared the link but tbh the experience of setting this up turned out to be something really good.
This is really great! Actually this is exactly what i need in my life. Is there no way in Notion to share these as a template or similar? After spending like 2 hours setting this up, it doesn't work how it should, and it would be cool to just copy+paste from someone that knows what they are doing
Hi. It's 2024 now and I'm just starting my Notion journey, so this video has been super helpful. It's very useful to see it being used in practice with real-world examples. Thanks so much for uploading. Are you still using similar templates?
Love the dashboards! Would you mind sharing how you created the formulas/automation in your "more life" dashboard at the top (i.e., when you input a to-do under a specific column, the block automatically becomes color-coded)? Similarly, in your "work hard" dashboard, how were you able to have the blocks automatically flow from section-to-section, based on your inputs?
Thank you for this video! I have been in the process of setting up Notion (on and off) for the last few months and have never been really inspired to use it because a regular check box to do list just wasn't inspriring me to use it over my bullet joural. This dashboard is going to change everything! Thank you also to the person in the comments who posted a link to a video showing how to build the dashboard. Super helpful!
I wouldn't mind a full video about the details of the every year organization of medical school , lol. I just log in to Notion to organize all my data for my IFOM test and the ideas that you use for your USMLE are helping me a lot, because is almost the same type of test. Im in my final year and tbh I want to keep all my important notes just like you, luckily I have everything in paper but is tooo messy and i need it in a digital way to my last year of practice, so I REALLY thank you for this amazing recommendation!
For those of you wondering how to get the "More Life" template check this link out - ruclips.net/video/diJuxykmSRI/видео.html You just have to drag the blocks on the side after turning it into a page. Hope that helps :)

Same. I also found myself wasting more time on the whole personalizing aspect of it instead of actually working... It might be my own personal problem tho
Agreed. It's just too much work. Keeping up with it is nearly impossible. My simple notebook works just fine.
It’s incredibly difficult to learn. I had to work at it for a month to learn enough to make it useful for me. And I still don’t feel totally comfortable with it
Notion tours are my recent guilty pleasure. Such a great application.
nasir😍😍
was i class
i saw notification and jumped here🥰
Notion is such an amazing tool that I have stumbled on. it has become part of my life and business. Now, I am searching to get as much out of it as possible. Huge thanks for this tutorial and setup-going to be using this so much.🔥🔥🔥
Nassir can you just give us, a template of "Work harder"? That would be great!
ruclips.net/video/r6hUkChpwWQ/видео.html , here you can build the same template
@@sehamsaad7323 Concept is the same, but it has some differences
@@sehamsaad7323 thank you your hint was very helpful!
Need that template
I'd love the template, rather than a link to watching another video. Is there a link?
Hello guys,
I watched the video twice. Found it very nice and copied the style of the dashboard. Thank you!! 🙏
The thing I didn't get is how to setup, that the checked boxes are going in the "completed section" of the dashboard and disappear from the life/Admin part. It is at minute 7:30 of the video. Thanks for your help in advance!!
This was SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL!! Thanks so much for the explanation and set-up, can't wait to get started on Notion myself!!
thank you so much i just finished creating my dashboard and it feels so good to have all of my things organized, this makes such a big diference, at first i wished you had put in a template and shared the link but tbh the experience of setting this up turned out to be something really good.
Do you mind sharing the template? I cannot get it to work for the life of me
This is really great! Actually this is exactly what i need in my life.
Is there no way in Notion to share these as a template or similar?
After spending like 2 hours setting this up, it doesn't work how it should, and it would be cool to just copy+paste from someone that knows what they are doing
I’m about 50 seconds into the video and I’m losing my mind over the trackpad. Super cool.
whenever i see your videos i immediately run to my planner and try to organize my life
This has got to be the best notion set up I've seen so far. Much appreciation for the upgrade.
Bro the other day I was like, "I wonder how Nasir uses Notion, because his Notability tutorial was super helpful" and here we are.
I JUST RECENTLY SHIFTED TO NOTION JUST BEFORE YOUR VIDEO AND WAS LOOKING FOR TUTORIAL FOR IT AND I GOT YOUR VIDEO
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO
PEACE 💜💜
same omg
Your Productive To-Do List is amazing. Any chance you will provide your setup as a template? cheers
I hope you contribute to my humble channel ❤🌼🌸
Dude, you are a freaking machine. I LOVE YOU ALREADY!
I m studying rith now for the exam of

I pass it it was really good im waiting for my grade
Agree totally. The auto-flow is awesome 👍 but I can't find anyone else who does one like this. 😏😕
Hi! How did you center your headings on your master to-do list?
I am wondering the same thing is it possible to do without just spamming space?
@@FeedCounterStrike spamming space!
@@KharmaMedic ooo didnt think about that lmao thanks!
@@KharmaMedic just figure it out and want to comment and you've been answer it. Thank you
This video appeared in my recommended just as I was looking for ways to re-organize my life better!
I needed to see this today! 🙏
Like if he has a younger sibling, men that sibling would be sooooooooo lucky to have such a big bro😢💙
He has twin sister 😅
lool I wish my twin was on socials so I could spam tag her @nour @nour @nour
Im impressed with your ability of convincing me to install apps and do things!
I’m a first year med student and it is harder than I expected. I enjoy it though😅
❤❤❤
I wouldn't mind a full video about the details of the every year organization of medical school , lol. I just log in to Notion to organize all my data for my IFOM test and the ideas that you use for your USMLE are helping me a lot, because is almost the same type of test. Im in my final year and tbh I want to keep all my important notes just like you, luckily I have everything in paper but is tooo messy and i need it in a digital way to my last year of practice, so I REALLY thank you for this amazing recommendation!

I was looking for a video explains this system for two days now, and your vid is the best really, thank you a lot
00:40 That transition though 👀
Wow. The way you organize your notes is DOPE!!
For those of you wondering how to get the "More Life" template check this link out - ruclips.net/video/diJuxykmSRI/видео.html
You just have to drag the blocks on the side after turning it into a page. Hope that helps :)
Shambhavi, Thank you! 💗
You star ... thank you!
I’m a medical student, and I think this would be so helpful thank you so much !!!
Amazing! honestly, this is so organised. Great for mentally decluttering the mind! Thanks ever so much! Subscribed!
