Barbara is definitely on the mend and determined to get back on her bike. As you know the views are spectacular around Camposol, we have had so little rain this year compared to last year, I’m sure the farmers are going to find it hard this year unless we get a few day of rain. Gravel track route looks great! Bit up hill at the start 😅. Haha loved it, girl power to the lady first up the dome 2 weeks earlier 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. “Don’t fall off” was the kiss of death for poor Barb! Hope the cast comes off soon.
The views from the local gravel tracks around Camposol are beautiful. Yes I think you may be right about me shouting “Don’t fall off” 😳. Barbara is going back to the hospital tomorrow to have the stitches removed and re-plastered.
good to see Barbara on the mend & positive attitude to getting back on the bike asap. our Jean fell off her bike & won't get on one again, she wasn't even riding it at the time !
Barbara went back to the hospital today to have the stitches removed & her foot re plastered she has to go back in 17 days. Mandy few off a bike just standing!!! She also won’t get back on a bike.
Get well soon Barbara, can't believe how brave you were. I think I would have been wailing like a baby. 😀Sage advice regarding helmets and gloves, certainly could have been far worse without those. See you someday soon.

It was a nice video up to a point Steve. That drop made me cringe a lot. A proper leg crossing moment. Get well soon Barbara and be spoilt with plenty of chocolate to build that strength up. 👍
Yeah it was a bad fall but she’s doing well now. Barbara went back to the hospital on Monday to have her stitches removed and she’s having her plaster removed in just under two weeks. Barbara has also been spoilt with loads of chocolate. She still remains determined to get back on her bike as soon as she can.
Oh dear, looked nasty. Reminds me when I came off my bike cycling through a ford. The wheel could have slipped in the water which threw her out? Hope for a speedy recovery.
When I viewed the video closer and spoke to Barbara we came to the conclusion it was when she started to peddle again the motor kicked in making the back wheel lose traction. Thanks you, Barbara is determined to get back on a bike… keep watching for updates.

Looks a bit dangerous that bike riding steve I think I'll stick to sitting on the beach with a cold beer at the age of nearly 70 😂😂😂
