@@catheriner999 Interesting how you assume you knew what Robbin meant, though. There couldn't be any reason they chose D&D specifically? Drawing a funny parallel? As saying, "This is just some weird version of improv" isn't nearly so amusing? Or perhaps referencing James's appearance on a Comic Relief D&D stream? You clearly know what you're talking about quite well -- but apparently you also know what others are talking about with wild assumptions, condescension, and confrontation. Also, personally, i'd say this is like a normal version of D&D because i've had basically this session of D&D.
I'd INSTANTLY choose nish over the love island dudes. And tbh, over most dudes. He's gorgeous, totally adorable, and generally really rather quite awesome, and he makes me laugh. The man is a gem💎, and an absolute delight 😌😌😌
This rash of comedian "game shows" on British TV is getting tedious. It's always the same "contestants, and very few of them actually bring anything of comedic value.
I think there’s some formats that really stand out and work without feeling repetitive. (Taskmaster would be an example imo) but I agree that in general it’s not a very diverse feel

Pretty bold of you to tell someone not to hide in a bush, mr. james acaster

I genuinely yelled with laughter lmao

"James."
James is so quick on this and I love Nish's laugh.

Tbh he's gorgeous 😍, as well as being so generally awesome and enjoyable. I totally adore him. :3
With this being Nish's 'bit', James dominated the stage
The only time James hasn't dominated someone else's bit is when Richard Ayoade was on.
Everything I know about Love Island I learned from this clip and honestly it sounds like my worst nightmare.
Like a bean bag on a bean bag
James had to woo himself here.
"It looks like a bean bag on a bean bag" 😂😂😂
Honestly, I'd hide in a bush and wait until the show was over 😳.

PeaceCrane13 honestly if it was you, you’d be there in a dress, with a bag on your head and nothing else on a bench.
There's an old saying "you're warmer in a bush than on a bench"
Enrique is a lucky man
It’s unreal how quick James is!
James is a genius

This is just some wierd version of D&D
The word you're looking for is roleplaying. Or improv. D&D didn't invent "playing pretend with your friends"

Dear Deidre,
Can that ripped man lift me up like a baby?

Oh to be Enrique.
This is so WEIRD, I have consciously not learned anything about Love Island, that is so bizarre I can't believe that's the actual plot
I know, I did my darnedest to be as ignorant as possible about it. Humans have really lost their way tho, apparently lol. Smh.
Robs face in the background is so amazing

James and Nish sounds so similar in their voices xD
Nish Kumar... LOVE HIM
