    Vocês subiam o cilindro para alinhar os transferes e rectificaram o topo certo? A que tempos fica a dtr assim? Obrigado e bom trabalho

    • @JLMotorsport
      @JLMotorsport  2 года назад

      Sim, neste caso acertamos duraçao e o angulo de transferes, folga de squish na culaça e volume.
      O escape foi feito uns boosts para conjugar com os transferes. e pronto ficou uma cena engraçada mesmo usando o cilindro original.
      Se seguires o nosso segundo projeto que estamos a fazer no nosso canal, estamos a fazer um motor identico mas com cambota de curso longo (55mm).

    I live in Worcestershire uk.
    Quick question for you
    I have a 2001 dtr 125 French import it will not rev past 8500 Revs I’ve tried new coil exhaust checked all wiring had generator checked by West Country windings tried another cdi too. Are they restricted in the cdi do you know.
    Thanks Ben

      Never seen DTR limited from the factory, probably what you need to do is to re adjust everything like power valve, carburetor and ignition timing.

      @@JLMotorsport I’ve had two stroke for the past 30 years and have built many many engine and tune them to hi specs but I just can’t find the problem with this particular bike
      I had a dtr when I was 18 and tuned that with pipe carb reeds and power vale bolted wide open and it was quick did over a ton.
      But this one just start’s cutting out as soon as you get to around 8500 tried different pipes different jets etc.
      Thanks for the reply though.
