Been a fan for 12 years now, and have always wanted him to get his shot in the UFC. At his age it’s not really about the belt. I’m just happy to see him here, collecting some cash and getting some wins

The footwork and level of movement was making Holland hella frustrated. But it makes for a really entertaining, fan-friendly style.
It goes to show you that the UFC is a different breed. MVP was knocking out dudes left and right and break skulls and bones alond the way at bellator but you could see here this wasn't an easy win and this isn't even a top 10 ranked fighter at welterweight. Congrat to mvp and welcome to the UFC.

With so many strong grapplers in the division it might be a hard shot to the top of the division. He's got guys like Burns, Colby, Belal, Shavkat etc ahead of the him and he can't avoid them all. There's some exciting match ups with strikers in his division ahead of him as well though. Let's see what the match makers do.
