Im not used to crying. But im crying right now. Seeing her curled up like that broke my heart. Her siblings nuzzling up to her, wondering why their rambunctious sister is not moving. It was painful to see Mini touching Love's hands, not understanding what's going on...
Love-chan was literally one of a kind. We all saw her strong spirit and thought she would make it through. Her body clearly disagreed, poor baby. I'm crying too. Anyone with a heart would.
Weird as it sounds, I'm glad Loutre-mama let the other otters say goodbye to Love -- Tororo and the O-Twins saw it for what it was, but her sister & brothers needed to learn. They know she's gone, they're sad, but will not look for her.
She was a very special little girl.. we miss her so much. 💔
Please do not regret the experiences you were not able to give Love. In nature such a little, broken body would have been left to die much sooner than Love did & more painfully. Think of, and be grateful for, the blessing of the love & joy that you & her otter family were able to give her because her life was extended by your dedicated and loving care. ❤
The fact! In alternative circumstances, she would have died not long after birth! But thanks to you guys! She got to live far.. far.. longer and got to experience love and compassion all the way to the end. Thanks to you guys! She had an actual life to be remembered. ♥️♥️♥️

こんなに可愛い子が亡くなるなんて胸が張り裂けそうになるくらい辛いですね。手術のタイミングは体力を考えたりしたら難しかったと思います。だけど、困難な状況の中、懸命に生きようとしたこと、生まれてきてくれてありがとうですね!そして仲間が心配そうに駆け寄ってくるところに感動しました。
Later that year, I had to put my corgi down, and he didn't even live to see his second birthday because of a liver shunt, that he was born with. At first I thought it was just a simple bowel obstruction which caused him to bloat up, but what we found out was much, much worse, and his liver failed to keep up with the rest of his body. I'll miss you, my little Ryder. Although you couldn't hear, you were loved just like any other dog. 😢😭

Но всё же нету ничего горестнее, как утрата родителей: отца и матери. По сравнению с этой утратой, потеря животного ещё не такая горькая. Некоторые люди плачут по животным. Это можно ещё понять, когда человек ещё не потерял нечто более дорогое и ценное.
К примеру я в детстве очень плакал по своему коту, но только потом, когда не стало родителей, понял, какой это был пустяк. Потому берегите не тех, кого можно заменить, а родителей, которых ничем уже не заменишь.

My heart is broken. Little Love came so far because of all the love and care that was given to her. She was so smart and determined. The doctor did a good job on repairing the cleft palate and lip. I guess it was just too much for her to take. I am thankful for the time I had with her.
Its 1 am and i cant stop crying. The salmon in her little box got me.

Thank you, Malina. You've said so much of what I feel. I'm not sure that Rest in Peace is the right thing to say to her, though. She's rejoined Life and Love in their fulness now and become without limitations. When she's manifested as an expression of life and love again, may she be free to enjoy them to the fullest. May she know, dare, will, keep silent, and go forth in perfect love and perfect trust!
She may have had a short life but she gave so many people all over the world so much happiness she's truly unforgettable

Grief is just love with nowhere to go… My heart is broken into 1000 pieces for y’all. Yes all of us who know Love are grieving. But you held her, you fed her, you played with her gave her LOVE and your grief is insurmountable. Letting them all say goodbye was the thing to do. I always let my furbabies say goodbye. She is in heaven now. She never knew she was different. She only knew that somethings were harder than others.She is whole. She will wait for the day when her family both fur and no fur join her.

Your baby Love has gone. That was so difficult to see and watch, I can only imagine the difficulty you had making that video for us all, so poignant, so respectful and so very very sad for you all.
Love was a delightful little otter, she had a short life, you all hoped and wished she would come through the difficulties she had and the surgery she went through. It was not to be, she did not survive the surgery despite everyones best efforts, she can not come back but the memories will remain. Love is the exact word for her and love for her will remain with you all.
Words are so very clumsy and inadequate at times like this, the otters can not know how it feels for us and neither can we know what the otters have felt.
A little otter, she had a little life, but she was loved in a big way, every memory of her will be filled with love. Thank you all at Loutre for your dedication to and love for your otters.

I am immovably saddened. I used to think I was very cold and unfeeling but since I started watching about a year ago I realised I had found how to feel again. Love was my favourite little otter and she taught me that I could be happy and she was just so cute, a little angel. I love all the otters so much but despite being a parasocial online relationship this has hurt me immeasurably and I will be sure to appreciate every day for those that couldn't be here. Death is heartbreaking no matter the species, life is cruel in that we inevitably die and for those left behind the pain is unimaginable, seeing the otters try to comprehend it was quite sad , im sure there was some understanding that something was wrong.

I have been away in hospital since April and only saw this today, out heart goes out to you both and all the little ones, we lost our 18yr old boys last year (Cats) and looking at video and photos is still raw for us. I thought the same. Oh this is tough watching this video. I fell in love with all those otters and to see this hurts. I took me back when my parents passed. The tears are dry now cause I've cried too much again. My shirt is soaked with tears and my friends and brother at one point looked at me crazy until I showed them and one teared up as well. Such a beautiful little one lost. She is at peace now but we all have a small hole in our hearts now.
Thank you for being brave enough to make this beautiful tribute of a video for Love. I only discovered this video today and seeing the story of her passing hit me like a freight train. I haven't even managed to stop crying yet.

Actually the bracelet is a rosary. Mama and Papa so sweetly prepared Love for her final journey.
@@maribethgraybill6818 It's Buddhist prayer beads which look pretty much exactly like a rosary, but yes, they gave Love-chan an incredibly heartfelt funeral to prepare her journey to the next life, as such an angel deserved 🥲
I lost my grandma's dog back in August of 2022, he was 14 years old, had arthritis, was blind, and was going deaf. He had been alive as long as I was. I understand the loss of a pet. May love rest in peace. And may Love be remembered.

Love died surrounded by just that. Love from her family. Love from Mama and Papa Loutre. Love from us, the fans. She was a fighter who fought to live for over 3 months. The world is saddened by her passing, but also happy that she was part of our lives. May she rest with the fishes and live a full belly afterlife. Godspeed, Love. We miss you. 💕
this is heartbreaking, but I am comforted with the knowledge that you did a great job making her short life as happy as possible. you are genuinely good people and should be proud of how beautiful your big furry family is, even missing its adorable little member, Love.
People that think animals don't have souls know nothing about animals. Thank you for showing her so much love or she was in your life.

I have no words that can express the depth of the loss this news brings me nor can i imagine what you all must have gone through when the tragedy hit. I will say that she was not alone both in life and in passing, she felt your love every day she was with you and she will know your love as she watches over you from a place we can only hope we go to when our time comes.
RIP Otter Love, you will never be forgotten and you will always be loved.

Your video really touched me in such a profound way because of how you presented her story and her fighting spirit. I can only imagine the grief that this sudden loss created and the memories that are still lingering of her beautiful life. I lost my dog in my arms when he passed away and I never got to say goodbye. He changed me in so many ways, and I know that not being able to say goodbye is the hardest thing about losing such a precious life so quickly . Love is not truly gone as she will live on in all of our shared memories of her remarkable 100 days of life and how much you cared for and cherished every adventure of hers. Her little life burned so bright in those short few months and touched so many people around the world. It is truly amazing what your compassion for her and the rest of the Loutre family means to all of us who share in your videos. I can't stop thinking with tears in my eyes of her beautiful inquisitive face and I know that she is in heaven now having a wonderful time watching down on you. I am so blessed to have shared her life through your videos, and I am with you still grieving for such a beautiful soul. You will see her again for sure.

ママさん、お辛い中 ご報告ありがとうございます。手術選択したことを責めないでくださいね。100日間、私達には分からない育児のご苦労を一生懸命されてこられたし、ラブちゃんにもちゃんと伝わっていると思います。もしかしてラブちゃん自身もある程度わかっていたのかもしれません。だからママさん達に心配かけないように兄妹の中で一番やんちゃで元気な姿を見せていたのかもしれません...「私は大丈夫だよ...」って言ってたように思います。
動画アップありがとうございます。おつゆ、おだし、とろろ、Ｌ、チョコ、ビート、ミニが元気いっぱい生きる事でルートルママ、パパを癒やし、励まし、希望を与えてくれると信じています🥺
