Thank you Dawn and Will for showing me Route 66 with new eyes. It’s great 👍 to see the Mother Road from a fresh perspective. The El Rancho H/Motel is certainly a treasure from the golden age of Western movies. I’m so glad you were able to stay in one of the rooms of this historic, vintage motel in Gallup, New Mexico.
Oh Will and DAWN
You both are way to Young for Vintage . thanks for the great videos all of them 🎶🎶🎼🎶
Oh, that Vintage RV PARK, very cool! Everything awesome!.....that nostalgic feeling!
El Rancho Hotel looks so nice. They have done an awesome job of keeping it up! The bathroom might be small but it looked very clean. I like the looks of the shower. Your meals in the restaurant looked delicious especially Will's meal consisting of the burrito, beans and rice.
Beautiful Hotel El Rancho. Loved that Hotel.❤️
Those old cars look just like what my Nana (grandma) use to drive. And the old silver RV. So very cool !!❤❤
.
Really beautiful hotel, and so much wonderful history, John Wayne says it all, my favorite actor of all time hands down. Really nice food looked delicious. This is a awesome trip, definitely looking forward to seeing the next one 👍🏻. From Kentucky 😀

A wonderful place to see. So many stars have been there just beautiful. Thanks for the ride
We visited the El Rancho probably about 5 years ago, pre covid. Such a unique place we didnt stay, but had dinner and a couple drinks in the lounge. Great to see again.
Wow! What struck me in this video is how quiet it seems outside the hotel. A lonesome train whistle off in the distance. Nice job YITS
The hotel look good..That food looked very good thank you for the video, God bless y'all 🙏👍
Loved the hotel lots of history there it looked awesome at night with the neon signs. Can't wait to see Arizona 💕

Oh my gosh, El Rancho was the best. I would love to stay there..
Love That Historical Hotel. Love Your Adventures !!!
My husband and I stayed at the Route 66 Casino in Albuquerque a couple of times when we traversed the country on our way to our home in Arizona. We loved it. The rooms were very modern and had lots of amenities. And the Casino had everything, including good restaurants. You should have stopped in Oatman in Arizona. It's also on Route 66 south of Kingman. It's the town where the burros rule!
Love the old El Rancho motel. The Indian store was cool and I loved all the movie stars that stayed there especially John Wayne and Humphrey Bogart.
Awesome motel! Thanks for sharing.
El Rancho. I love that place thanks for sharing with us.
The hotel looks very clean…great video!
On a side note…Dawn you look tired…we hope you’re getting some sleep now.

Loved the history of the el Rancho Hotel 😀 This is a beautiful trip!
My family of 7 (we have 5 kids) stayed here in Aug 2021 for 1 night on our trip out west. It was awesome and so cool for the kids to see! We booked a suite because of all the kids (for not much more). It was the Gene Autry and bridal suite on the 2nd floor! It was HUGE! A huge bedroom and then living room with 2 double beds plus a pullout couch so all the kids slept in there! In between was a kitchen with an old full size fridge AND freezer, along with sink and full stove! Only downside was the hot water wouldn't come on in the shower but it didn't matter because we were hiking at Petrified Forest the next day and would get sweaty and just shower once we got to the Grand Canyon!
I meant to add we also at at their restaurant. Their margaritas were fantastic and we split the nachos and fajitas. So good!
Loved the video! I would have nerded out at the hotel! So much history! The food looked really good to!
Cool hotel, the architecture is outstanding not to mention all the celebrities.

Like vintage RV's, it would be interesting to see inside. Beautiful desert views. El Rancho looks so cool and neat decor to the hotel. Room was set up nice. Small bathroom for sure, but modernize nicely. Food looked delicious. Very awesome stay... 🏜
Yeah for sure , start missing home and the comforts of your own house..that's one heck of a road trip! That burrito with rice and beans sure looked like it hit the spot though!! Stay Alert!

It would be cool if Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area had a vintage RV Park, complete with old cars and old campers to rent. I think it would be a great place to stay!!!!! 😃.

The muffler man in Gallup is on a roof in a used car dealer ship
An amazing place! Thanks for sharing!

Did you see the ghosts? One of the most haunted motels on route 66.
Hello!! Loving the videos...☺️
You two ha e had the worst luck with different businesses being closed...LOL....Thank you for the vlogs of Route 66
I think no country for old men was filmed around there
Won't you have to come back to get home? Maybe you can catch some of the closed places on your return trip? Or are you leaving the rental car at the end and flying back?
Not a rental.
