He cooks a fish curry with cucumber and believe me even though the curry and fish are a treat to mix and eat with rice nothing in my experience of 50 years so far compared with the taste of cucumber slices soaked in the light fish curry. And he has too many varieties in his repertoire, often with the same ingrediants. Genius of sort, and humble soft spoken middle aged man
