I don't agree. I think these were simply long form questions that also laid their own foundation. Basically each question was a complete statement and set Sandy up perfectly. If anything an excellent adult conversation between 2 people who don't live in a simplistic world. Watch sandy during the setup for each question. He's listening carefully and once the question drops sandy launches.
Roger, do an analysis of your interview skills, how much did you talk and how much did Sandy? It really bothered me you didn't let him spill his secret sauce about his hiring rule, starting at 11:40 It tells me you didn't the promotional "active listening skills" so many of consultants like to sell.
I have to disagree with Sandy on one thing I was an EE and I got lots and lots of puntang..😂😂 But I wasn't a nerd dork, I have personality that women like 😂😂
