This was a beautiful hike even though the fog partially hid the views. It’s a truly enchanting experience, blending mystery and serenity. When sunlight filters through the fog, it adds an almost magical quality to the environment 👌❤️
That's great to get another two wainwrights. I love the nighttime footage of the stars and moons. It looked windy, but so worth it for those beautiful mountain views.
Mine too I do love Helvellyn it will always be my fav as it was my first wainwright in the lakes and got me into hiking for sure! It’s why I keep going back 😊

Good evening Yasmin this was fantastic theres something magical capturing the sunrise shame the cloud ☁️ got in the way but you still captured some amazing shots. The cloud made it quite earie and epic. You did well to battle the winds it looked peaceful in camera but you got a sense of the wind from the audio. Great work a big 👍 from us. Those cold, crisp nights seem to make the stars shine brighter ✨️ It's so cool to see the sun trying to break through the fog! You did get some views up there, though. Good thing you were bundled up, I could feel the cold through your video! Wonderful episode 😊

Absolutely beautiful from beginning to end. Wow! The Nighttime sky with the brightest twinkling Stars & shining Crescent Moon was truly spectacular. I have never seen anything like it! That was the most beautiful & magical Night Sky imaginable. Truly breathtaking! I could just sit & gaze up at such a captivating night Sky forever! All of this, along with such ethereal & haunting scenes through the mist along the Hills there. Followed by clearing & blue skies with even more beautiful scenery. Along with, that windy wildness & wooliness that I love. What more could we ask for. Well maybe a bench perhaps? Or a few wooly wee sheep? LOL. Those night skies looked stunning and I know I like an early start but this was just outrageous :o). Dam shame about the cloud when you hit the summit, as that is such a good walk, one I remember doing after the first lock down. Thankfully your determination paid off with the sun breaking through those clouds and the views really opening up. Yes, I did the circular route but a great call on going back to Helvellyn to get those amazing summit views. I did enjoy it so its like no. 17 from me, cheers Alan

Yes the photos were taken on the GoPro night setting. One day I would love to do some photography on my proper camera but I’d have to take the tripod and I already carry so much gear with me lol 😅
