    Your Beach Haul Was Fun
    To Watch. Your Haul is Beautiful!
    Loved The Horseshoe Crab! Lucky!
    My Daughter and I used to vacation in
    Corpus Christi, along the bay there
    Padre Island had great shells, but you
    have to get up very early to get out and
    find them. We learned pretty quick not
    to bring attention to our Finds, because
    people would start bugging you to sell them. Loved your video. What a wonderful vacation!

      I was sooooo happy to find a Horseshoe crab they are one of my most favorite animals, and luckily all the shells were molts so I knew the crabs had lived.
      And that's crazy people were offering to buy shells. I didn't have anything like that happen, but I did get some "Oh MAN thats a luck find" from people

      upsetting my Daughter.

      I tried sadly she has the real job amd can't do it this year, but she loves the National Parks so I might be able to coax her out there that way LOL

    We've been seeing horshoe crabs in the wet markets here in Asia. They are such crazy little creatures. Don't have the heart to eat one. You both are getting awesome at identifying shells btw. Looks like that good luck potion hit strong. Happy anniversary kids!

    • @huntingrocks
      @huntingrocks  6 месяцев назад

      They are eating them ?? That's horrible they are not endangered but they are threatened, their blood is used in medicine and cost $15,000.00 a quart, which, if done right they can take blood multiple times from them and their blood is blue which is just weird.
      The luck potion works great, or it could be a placebo effect, but more than likely pre-diabetes as much sugar is in it LOL.
      And thank you and HAPPY BIRTHDAY Charlie 😁

      I was super excited to find the horseshoe crab they are as old as the trilobites I find and have not changed in 430million +/- years . True living fossils

    Hey, Master Jeff! And Lady Hunting Rocks, of course. Those horseshoe crabs are awesome. And the dome shaped sponge. That beach seems very peaceful. That’s the sort of beach I would enjoy. Huntington Beach-not for me. Thanks for the adventure!
    I believe those birds with black heads were Laughing Gulls. I’m sure they were laughing with you, not at you.

      I guess it’s obvious I commented before the end of the video, as usual, since you put the name of the gulls on screen.

    • @huntingrocks
      @huntingrocks  6 месяцев назад +1

      It's an amazing beach I fell in love with it big time. And I had never seen gulls with black heads we get the big old goofy white ones around here on the Mississippi river. I wanted to start a sausage company near the ocean and call it a "Tern for the Wurst" ... it's my only sea bird joke 🤣🤣

      Seagull is Utah’s state bird(not even sure which species). They saved settlers from a major cricket uprising in the past. Can’t look at them crossways without committing treason it seems. It’s illegal to even have their feathers without the proper licensing. Silly sky rats. They are beautiful birds, though.
      Tern for the Wurst. 🤣🤣🤣

    • @huntingrocks
      @huntingrocks  6 месяцев назад +1

      I didn't know that. It makes sense, though, with the infestation that was the Anabrus simplex, aka Mormon Cricket, The Sea Gulls had an all you can eat buffet lol
