Love to see it I’ll fish the skyway for gags while im catching bait there but other than that I don’t really know what to look for on my depth finder when scouting for spots in the bay u think u could make a vid on what we should be looking for
When you say inside Tampa Bay, do you mean waaay inside? Because I've tried between the Skyway and Egmont Key without much luck. And what depth usually??
Hey I've tried gag grouper fishing in the bay once and was able to pull up a 28in near Port of manatee. I was just wondering what depth of water do you like the most?
@@badfishtv3813 oh nice! It still amazes me that you can catch keeper size gags in such shallow water, I was in about 30 feet bouncing around the ledge of the shipping channel
Awesome brother love the videos just watched the one when y’all when crabbing and stuck them sheepshead tight lines brother you and the boys be safe out there 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
All these fishermen who catch good tasting fish but don't show the public how you clean them and cook them up, everyone catches the same fish you catching what's different about your's, nothing 17:13 if you keeping them well show us how you cooking them up!
Love your channel dude....getting my restoration done on my 20' Pro Line and soon ready to hit the water here in TB.
Heck yeah man congratulations on that hit us up when you get out there would love to see that beauty in person!
Awesome video. There are some monster groupers in the bay. My biggest one was 30 inches off the skyway.
That’s a skyway stud, congratulations!

60-100 lb fluorocarbon to a 6/O extra heavy circle hook. Pinfish, large white bait and thread fins.
Great video guys!

Yes we have a video coming out on that soon!
Great Stuff! Love that Parker, I never understood why that model didn't sell more. You can fit a small army on that thing! Slack tide?
Me either, best guide boat I’ve ever ran. The tide was moving very slowly though.
What size main line and leader are you using while targeting grouper? Awesome videos!
65 lb braid and 60 lb fluorocarbon.
Super nice fish! Do you do any private charters ?
Yes that’s mainly what we do!
those are some bay studs
Crazy bite, what lb leader were you all using?
60lb fluorocarbon.
Good job. 💯
Impressive catch.
where do you meet to do your charters? what marina is your boat docked at? Thanks
Ruskin, pickup at hooks waterfront bar and grill.
When you say inside Tampa Bay, do you mean waaay inside? Because I've tried between the Skyway and Egmont Key without much luck. And what depth usually??
In my opinion the other side of the skyway way up in the bay is more productive for grouper and snapper and I’m usually in the 20 foot range.
Hey I've tried gag grouper fishing in the bay once and was able to pull up a 28in near Port of manatee. I was just wondering what depth of water do you like the most?
15 to 20 feet.

Jake giving the Heat!!
Nice video are you chumming? How do you keep pin fish down without weights?
Yes I’m always chumming and when the pinfish are head hooked and the tide isn’t running really hard they will go down naturally.
@@badfishtv3813 thanks see you on 30th
How far out do you have to go for those?
About a half mile, honestly.
What’s your charter bro ? I live in st Pete
Badfish charters out of Ruskin.
Never saw anyone pick up a hitchhiker on a boat before lol
Yea they like to hangout on our boats and pick off the dead baits, Always happy to see them.
What kind of bait are you using
Pinfish and greenbacks.
Tankzzzz 😆😆😆😆
