Nang Sa (fragment), performed by "Lama Mani" Samphel

Samphel (born ca. 1937), a Tibetan "Lama Mani" (traveling storyteller), explaining and chanting "Nang Sa", a story from Tibetan Opera. The story is depicted on a thangka, and Samphel uses a stick to point at the episode of the story that he is chanting. Filmed by Bernard Kleikamp, 23 July 2012, opposite the Great Stupa, Boudhanath, Kathmandu, Nepal.
