  • On the very day to which Marty McFly and Doc Brown time-traveled in 1989’s “Back to the Future 2,” three stars of the iconic film trilogy reunite on TODAY: Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd and Lea Thompson. “It was an amazing experience,” Fox recalls, and Lloyd says he and Fox “had a chemistry from the instant he walked on set.”

      Alal Malal
      From Wikipedia:
      In an interview with NPR in April 2002,[51] Fox explained what he does when he becomes symptomatic during an interview:
      Well, actually, I've been erring on the side of caution-I think 'erring' is actually the right word-in that I've been medicating perhaps too much, in the sense [that] ... the symptoms ... people see in some of these interviews that [I] have been on are actually dyskinesia, which is a reaction to the medication. Because if I were purely symptomatic with Parkinson's symptoms, a lot of times speaking is difficult. There's a kind of a cluttering of speech and it's very difficult to sit still, to sit in one place. You know, the symptoms are different, so I'd rather kind of suffer the symptoms of dyskinesia ... this kind of weaving and this kind of continuous thing is much preferable, actually, than pure Parkinson's symptoms. So that's what I generally do ... I haven't had any, you know, problems with pure Parkinson's symptoms in any of these interviews, because I'll tend to just make sure that I have enough Sinemet in my system and, in some cases, too much. But to me, it's preferable. It's not representative of what I'm like in my everyday life. I get a lot of people with Parkinson's coming up to me saying, 'You take too much medication.' I say, 'Well, you sit across from Larry King and see if you want to tempt it.'

    The greatest trilogy ever made in my opinion!!! All three Back To The Future movies are MASTERPIECES!! Hollywood better not ever try to remake this trilogy because the original is already PERFECT. The Jimmy Kimmel Show did a great job on having both Marty and Doc show up on their set on the Delorean on the exact day of October 21,2015 just like in Back To The Future Part 2. It was a great bonus to have Huey Lewis on it as well. I have so many amazing memories of this trilogy. I really enjoyed this interview. I only wish it had been longer. They still look really good for their age. Michael and Lea look a lot younger than how their fictional characters were depicted. In fact, Lea still looks like a hottie-pottie and a honey-bunny! I vividly remember watching Back to the Future when it first came out (I was 12 yrs old). The neat thing is I saw it with my best friend and his family at a movie theater at a mall that looked just like the one in the movie, especially the black-top parking lot where Doc Brown first showed Marty the Delorean. When we came out of the theater that night, I was so overwhelmed with joy that I didn't know what to do with my left over excitement. I've been a BTTF fan ever since and love the subject of time travel.

    • @GuyusSeralius
      @GuyusSeralius 8 лет назад +1

      simhopp No, but I wish. The mall I had mentioned looked almost identical to Puente Hills Mall (Twin/Lone Pine(s) Mall). I wonder if Puente Hills Mall had a movie theater and showed BTTF in 1985. That would have been extra cool to have gone to that actual mall to see that movie!

    • @GuyusSeralius
      @GuyusSeralius 8 лет назад

      simhopp So you get to live near Puente Hills Mall. Lucky you! Ya, I had seen some aerial views when I did a Google image search for Back to the Future, and that mall does look like a giant plus sign or like you said a "big X."

Keaton in Season 2 of Family Ties, and here they are working with Michael J. Fox again in a big-screen feature that was made during Season 3 of Family Ties. It was tough to get Michael J. Fox to work extra hours around Family Ties for the first Back to the Future film, which is why he came in late when C. Thomas Howell and Eric Stoltz were playing Marty McFly for nine weeks before him. November 20, 2022, 7:34am
