Hello Chris, Great video... Your sticker has arrived... Next week I hope to catch up on all the stickers and will get mine in the post to you. Take care. Paul,,
Pickling with citric Acid. And the brazing Rods are flux coatet Rods from the Lokal Hardware store... (Brant : Rothenberger) but i use them only for big parts and much heat. To not burn the regulary flux away
Hey Jon... hope youre fine. It took 4 times annealing. This boiler is made of brass. It is harder than copper and so you have to be gentley by flanging like that! Thanks for your Visit! Nice weekend!
Great video again, thanks! Neat solution for the pressure testing too. I'm having trouble finding the valve you used with the spray bottle though, you got that from Regner too?

I love this series. Can't wait for it to be complete, so i can start my own build.
I think we can call this success. Nice job.
Grazie per tutto quello che fai
A joy to watch!
Nice!! 💯
Loved the video could I ask what brazing rods and what pickling solution did you use. Ta

where do you get the stock material for this project?
The gears via Ebay.... all other self produced. All stock (90%) via Ebay... lokal metal stores does not sell any copper or brass Stock
Fantastic work as usual, very well done, how many annealing runs did you have to do on the boiler end cap? Cheers, Jon

Where do you get the small pressure gauges?
Regner Echtdampf, oder Hermann Echtdampf (Germany)
How big is that steam gauge (ratio in cm plz) and where did you get?
45 mm
Get what? Its self made

Yes its from Regner! Can be used to refill water while running...
@@dreamsteam8272 great, I'll look again to see if I can find it. How is it called in German?
I guess I found it "Speiseventil für Druckflasche"
@@rjordans but you need the "druckflasche" also! Because its hard to find a good one like that. And the Rubber Hose fits perfect!
@@dreamsteam8272 thanks, I'll make sure to get both then!
