Es muy satisfactorio ver tus videos, tu área de trabajo siempre luce tan limpia, además le pones mucho empeño a lo que haces, se nota por la forma en que adornas en cada video alusivo a la receta. Soy de Cd. Valles S.L.P, México y me encanta hacer postres y tus recetas me parecen únicas❤

Do you cool off the cake before you put in the cheesecake batter... also if some cheesecake seep at the side n goes down to the bottom, wouldn't it burn as it does not have a base (graham cracker or the cake)?

I let it come to room temperature yes! But even if it is a bit warm it would not be a problem! You can see the cheesecake leaked a bit around the carrot cake base when I made it. It does not burn it.

Hi Luisa, Im a fan! Can you also show how to release your cheesecake in a pan? Are u using spring form pan in your cheesecake videos? Hope you'll notice me. Keep safe and more videos to come😊

Hi, sorry for the late answer! I am using a fat daddios removable bottom cheesecake pan but you can use a spring form pan! I like the fat daddios one because it is exactly the same size and height as regular cake pans so you can make a taller cheesecake! To release the cheesecake all you have to do is put a small glass or bowl under the cake pan and press the sides of the cake pan down. This will push up the cheesecake and release it from the pan. Since it is kind of a tricky procedure and it doesn't look good on video I am not showing it but I can make a reel of it as it would be interesting for others, too! Thank you for the idea! Thank you Babylyn! You, too!

Hi Luisa. I love your recipe, but please excuse my ignorance. Can you please explain/show what a water bath is? I'm clueless.

Hi Andria, no worries! Here in my newest video I show the water bath ruclips.net/video/iCENf1p8vgM/видео.html
It is simply a bigger baking dish filled with water. Just make sure the cheesecake pan is wrapped tightly with multiple layers of aluminum foil to prevent water from entering. I like to use a silicone baking dish to cover the cheesecake pan instead of aluminum foil. Happy baking and happy easter!

@@LUISABAKES, thank you so much for responding. One other question. Will the cake still be moist and not dry? I've heard that the cakes generally dry out from putting it back in the oven. Thank you so much.

@@driadalibra I am so sorry for the late answer. I can assure you the cake will still be moist. I have made this experience with a brownie base for cheesecake but since carrot cakes are more on the moister side it worked like a charm. I hope the cake came out good. If you have any questions let me know! Happy baking!
