Born Jewish, the Jews aren't even honest with themselves about him being the Messiah, let alone that he's God. I don't know if he goes over this, but the Messiah's coming is dated to the year(Daniel 9:25) it matches Jesus' baptism. 483 years from the 7th year of artaxerxes as seen in Ezra. It adds up to 26/27 ad. No other person who is the Messiah came at that time. In Zech 12:10 it says the Lord Yaweh is pierced, and in Micah 5:2 it states the messiah preexists creation, in Isaiah there are many verses but one to really consider is that in Isaiah 42:8 it says God will not share his glory and that he is the first and the last. In John 17:5 Jesus Tells us he shared Glory with God before creation, and in Revelation 1:17-18 he tells us he is the first and the last. So if we know he is the messiah as he's the only one to fulfill the prophecies about him and does it to the year, a prophecy made hundreds of years prior, would he the Messiah lie about God? Ask yourself and pray.
Amen! I agree with you brother. The fact that G-d appeared to many to many people in the Tanach (old testament) as "man", why would we then say or even have such a discussion that He isn't able to come and take the form of a man to redeem us ? Aren't we limiting G-d to what he can and cannot do?
“And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.” Zechariah 12:10 KJV
Daniel 7 talks about two powers in heaven, both of them being equally worshipped. One of these beings is described as "One like the son of man" and one is described as "the ancient of days." There's a book by Alan F Segal called *Two powers in heaven*
Yes. Why? Because only God can save his creation. Only God can bring salvation to his creation. It stands to reason that God is the messiah, the eternal father.
Can I ask what your 'purpose' is? And what 'greater than Jesus things' will you do? Jesus said something... "If He called them gods to whom the WORD of the LORD came..." well then what does that make you? Is Jesus not the 'word'? Did He not come to us? Jesus was the Messiah and we should NOT have killed Him as 1 Corinthians 2:8 points out.
@@ConciseCabbage- Israel is not only a place, it is a 'person' that knows that God prevails in ALL instances and refuses to NOT find blessings in all things. There is a reason that specific names are used. Take Abraham for instance. How many children did Abraham have? 1. And the Angel of the Lord confirms this when it is said, "because you have not withheld your ONLY son." Jerusalem means 'teaching of peace'... and 'that' is much easier to accept as 'coming down from heaven' than an entire city flying out of the sky. Thoughts?
Yes only God only God. Only God executes Righteousness and only God judges. This is the role of the Messiah and this is why the Messiah is God. There's no Saviour of Israel and humanity only God. Jesus is God.
Isaiah 35:3-5 Strengthen the weak hands, And make firm the feeble knees. Say to those who are fearful-hearted, “Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, With the recompense of God; He will come and save you.” Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
Amen Yeshua Quoted that to John the Baptist DISCIPLES when John sent them to ask Yeshua if he Truely was the one he Prepared the Way for ( *Isaiah 40:1-5 / Matthew 11:1-17* ) *N.I.V*
"One like a Son of Man" is sitting in Heaven and ruling and receiving worship with the "Ancient of Days" YHWH doesn't share His Glory. So obviously this means that the Son Of Man and the Ancient Of Days are BOTH YHWH
@@erickedmondromanharris1549The New Testament actually does fit with the Old Testament pretty perfectly. If you can find an actual contradiction that context doesn't get rid of, you will be the first.
@@erickedmondromanharris1549 lmao you must be feeling really stupid then because I wasn't referring to anything in the New Testament. Daniel 7:13-14 KJV [13] I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. [14] And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed. Isaiah 42:5-13 KJV [5] Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein: [6] I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; [7] to open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house. [8] I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. [9] Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them. [10] Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof. [11] Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up their voice, the villages that Kedar doth inhabit: let the inhabitants of the rock sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains. [12] Let them give glory unto the LORD, and declare his praise in the islands. [13] The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: he shall cry, yea, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies. Isaiah 43:10-13 KJV [10] Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. [11] I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. [12] I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God. [13] Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it? YHWH has no peer. But we also see 2 in Heaven receiving equal treatment of the kind that only belongs to God. This means that either YHWH is lying or the 2 people in Heaven ARE YHWH. There's many places where YHWH appears in the form of a man. You need to reread your scriptures.
@@erickedmondromanharris1549what is this man saying that statenment is prophecies directly in the Old Testament And fulfilled at the new. Your analysis of the Hebrew Bible (Tanakh) and its foreshadowing of the Messiah is insightful, and as a Catholic, I deeply appreciate the way you’ve delved into the Scriptures to explore the question of whether the Messiah is supposed to be divine. Catholics firmly believe that the Messiah, Jesus Christ, is indeed God incarnate. This belief is deeply rooted not only in the New Testament but also in how the Church understands the Hebrew Scriptures in the light of Christ. Let me offer a Catholic response to the points you’ve raised. 1. The Messiah as Fully Divine and Fully Human The Catholic Church teaches that Jesus Christ is both fully God and fully man-the Second Person of the Holy Trinity who became incarnate. This teaching is grounded in Scripture and Sacred Tradition, which together illuminate the fulfillment of the Old Testament in Christ. Let’s consider some of your points through this lens. 2. Messianic Themes in the Torah You highlighted Genesis 3:15, often called the Protoevangelium ("First Gospel"), which foretells the enmity between the serpent and the woman's offspring. Catholics see this as the first promise of a Redeemer. The Church teaches that this offspring is Jesus Christ, born of the Virgin Mary (the "new Eve"), who crushes the head of the serpent (Satan) through His death and resurrection. The Rock of Israel: You mentioned Moses calling God the "Rock" (Deuteronomy 32). Catholics also recognize Christ as the fulfillment of this imagery. St. Paul affirms this in 1 Corinthians 10:4: “The rock was Christ.” The Messiah as both divine and a rock reflects God’s role as steadfast, unchanging, and redemptive. 3. Messianic Prophecies in the Prophets Your analysis of Isaiah is especially compelling. The Catholic Church teaches that Isaiah 7:14 and 9:6 explicitly point to the Messiah's divinity. Isaiah 7:14 - "Emmanuel" (God with Us): The prophecy of a virgin conceiving and bearing a son named "Emmanuel" is central to Catholic belief. This is fulfilled in the virgin birth of Christ, as affirmed in the Gospels (Matthew 1:22-23). Isaiah 9:6 - "Mighty God": Catholics hold that the titles given to the Messiah in Isaiah 9, including "Mighty God" and "Everlasting Father," are unequivocal references to the divine nature of the Messiah. These titles emphasize that the Messiah is not merely a human king but God Himself entering human history. 4. The Messiah as Eternal and Preexistent You correctly pointed out Micah 5:2, which states that the Messiah’s origins are "from eternity." Catholics affirm that only God is eternal, and this verse highlights the preexistence of Christ, aligning with John 1:1: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” The Son of Man in Daniel 7: The vision of the "Son of Man" coming on the clouds to receive everlasting dominion is pivotal. Jesus explicitly applies this title to Himself (Matthew 26:64), signifying His divine authority and identity as the eternal King. 5. Psalms and the Messiah's Divinity You cited Psalm 2 and Psalm 45, which Catholics also view as Messianic. Psalm 2: The declaration, “You are my Son; today I have begotten you” (Psalm 2:7), is fulfilled in Jesus, as Hebrews 1:5 affirms. Jesus is not just a human king but the eternal Son of God. Psalm 45: Your point about the king being addressed as "God" is significant. The Catholic Church teaches that this verse foreshadows the dual nature of Christ as both divine and human, ruling forever. 6. Multiplicity in God’s Oneness Catholics affirm that God is one in essence but three in persons-Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Hebrew Scriptures hint at this divine mystery. For example: Genesis 1:26: “Let us make man in our image.” The plural language suggests a relational dimension within God. Daniel 7: The "Ancient of Days" and the "Son of Man" demonstrate a distinction within God’s unity. The Church sees this as a glimpse of the Trinity, fully revealed in the New Testament. 7. The Fulfillment of Messianic Prophecies in Jesus As Catholics, we believe that Jesus fulfills the Hebrew Bible’s Messianic expectations perfectly. His life, death, and resurrection reveal Him as the promised King and Savior. For instance: Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem on a donkey (Zechariah 9:9) fulfills a Messianic prophecy. His suffering and death fulfill Isaiah’s "Suffering Servant" prophecies (Isaiah 53). 8. Faithfulness to the God of Israel You emphasized fidelity to the God of Israel and His teachings. The Catholic Church teaches that Jesus, as the Messiah, is the fulfillment-not the negation-of the Hebrew Bible. He Himself said: “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them” (Matthew 5:17). Catholics see the entire narrative of the Hebrew Bible as culminating in Christ. Far from abandoning the God of Israel, Christianity worships Him as revealed in Jesus. 9. An Invitation You encouraged Jewish and Christian audiences to study the Scriptures and seek God. Catholics would echo that call but add the invitation to explore the life and teachings of Jesus through the lens of Sacred Tradition and the Church. The Catholic Church safeguards the fullness of Christian truth, faithfully preserving the faith passed down from the apostles. Your exploration of the Messiah in the Hebrew Bible aligns with many Catholic insights. The Messiah’s divinity is deeply rooted in Scripture and fulfilled in Jesus Christ. Catholics believe that this truth is a profound mystery revealed by God, inviting all people-Jewish and Gentile alike-into a covenant relationship with Him through Christ. I encourage you to continue studying the Scriptures and invite you to explore how the Catholic faith sees them fulfilled in Jesus, the Messiah. May God bless you on your journey of discovery.
God was always supposed to be king. But the people wanted one of flesh and blood. God spoke to Samuel, "Why are you pouting? It is me they have rejected, not you." So, God has given people what they want, but also that which has always been his will. A king and messiah who is both God and man.
_EXCELLENT_ job, Brother! This is my first exposure to your channel. You've got yourself a new sub! I hope I can encourage you to keep on doing exactly what you're doing -- because you're doing it very well!
Why is that such a VERY concise and informative video like this didn't get the appreciation it deserve? Loved the way how he created this video connecting dots.. gonna watch next video about Jesus..
I am make a video very very relevant to what you are saying today. I was just closing up the written part but you said something that ties it all together perfectly. It’s amazing that this video popped up for me today. I will give you a heads up soon. This is sooooo amazing, you have no idea!!!
Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the life! Read Isaiah 53?? Isaiah never said that! The quote comes from John not Isaiah and the quote is pure idolatry
@ I have read all of Isaiah. Explain how by “Israel’s” wounds we are healed. Explain how Israel had done no violence or deceit even though the entirety of Isaiah, God speaks about how sinful Israel is. God calls Israel a land flowing with milk and honey but I’m supposed to believe that it had no beauty or majesty to it and nothing to attract us to it. Throughout scripture, Israel is called “She” but based on your logic, it’s now a “he” in Isaiah 53. Open your eyes and soften your heart. Allow the Holy Spirit to fill you and convict you of your sin. You are blind, embrace the love of Jesus Christ so that you can see. I’ve had a demonic attack against my life and the only name that saved me from it was Jesus! I love you bro. But everything is right there in front of your face man. You just have to open your eyes to see it
The Jewish Messiah, according to what we hear from some Jews, is supposed to be a warlord conquering the world. Let's pray he never comes. We have enough trouble in the Middle East as it is.
Shalom brother! Thank you so much this video, it has really helped me to think about the importance of continually reexamining my own theological beliefs as well. One question that I have pertains to your perspectives regarding the Trinity and Subordinationism (both Ontological and Functional) in general; what are your views on them? I’m very interested in exploring more of these theological questions. Thanks once again! Oh and btw, I’m also very excited to get your book on Amazon too! :)
@@JungleJargon God specifically warned against worshiping false saviors such as Jesus: "Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me. @@JungleJargon _"He is also our perfect provision, the seed of the woman, without the help of a man."_ Umm, nope. The Bible makes it clear that a human descendant of David, not God, was the father of Jesus. The terms, "seed" (σπερμα = sperm), "flesh", "root", "fruit of his loins", and "offspring" means that Jesus was the biological son of Joseph. "This is the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David." (Matthew 1:1) "They said, "Is this not Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How can he now say, ‘I came down from heaven’?” (John 6:42) "Therefore being a prophet [David], and knowing that God had sworn an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne." (Acts 2:30) "For Jesus took not the nature of angels, but the seed of Abraham." (Hebrews 2:16) "Of David's seed hath God, according to his promise, raised unto Israel a savior, Jesus." (Acts 13:23) "Concerning his son Jesus Christ, who was made of the seed of David according to the flesh." (Romans 1:3) "Remember that Jesus Christ is the seed of David." (2 Timothy 2:8) "I, Jesus have sent my angel to testify unto you these things in the churches; I am the root (progeny) and the offspring of David." (Revelation 22:16) “We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote; Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.” (John 1:45) "When Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, thou son of David, have mercy on us." (Matthew 9:27) Jesus had four brothers and multiple sisters (not half-brothers and half-sisters): "I saw none of the other apostles-only James, the Lord's brother." (Galatians 1:19) "Is this not the carpenter, the son of Mary and brother of James, Joses, Judas, and Simon? And are His sisters not here with us?" (Mark 6:3) “Isn't this the carpenter's son? Isn't his mother's name Mary, and aren't his brothers James, Joseph, Simon and Judas? Aren't all his sisters with us?" (Matthew 13:55-56)
As a person of Jewish origin, in your research did you come across some mention that the Commandment commonly read as "Thou shalt not steal" is actually "Thou shalt not kidnap"? In my opinion, "thou shalt not kidnap" is a prohibition against slavery, so any religion that condones slavery is in breach of God's Commandments...
Interpret it as you will: *"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.“*
“Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever” in both Psalm 45 and Hebrews 1:8-9 is a statement made by the prophet (the psalmist) about God’s throne and not a direct address from God to the Messiah. In Psalm 45, the psalmist begins by focusing on God’s eternal, righteous throne. The psalmist is essentially praising God’s rule, “Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever”-and this is clearly about God. Then, the psalmist shifts to speak about the qualities of the earthly king or ideal ruler who embodies righteousness and is “anointed” by God because he loves righteousness and hates wickedness. When Paul (or the author of Hebrews) quotes this verse, he’s citing it as it appears in Psalm 45, acknowledging God’s eternal throne and God’s standards of righteousness before moving on to reference the Messiah. Paul is using the psalm’s context as it was originally written, where the psalmist begins by addressing God and then describes the qualities of the righteous king whom God favors. Your insight points to an important interpretative detail: Paul isn’t directly applying the phrase “O God” to Jesus but rather quoting Psalm 45 to show how this Old Testament passage, which starts by talking about God’s throne, continues to describe the virtues and qualities of the anointed one (the king, or messianic figure), whose righteousness aligns with God’s standards.
Such a well put video. Thanks so much brother in Christ. I hope a lot more Jewish people come to believe as well. I believe many will come to true faith before the second coming of Christ and it would be a blessing (Romans 11:11-12). May God bless you and your loved ones.

I appreciate your thoughts on this matter& any help it may be & thanks in advance ❤🙏 Shalom Aleichem
My friend, you began with Trinitarian assumptions and arrived at Trinitarian conclusions. Any student of the Scriptures who isn't a Trinitarian can clearly see this. For example, the very Jeremiah whom you have said has no problem closely associating the Messiah with YHVH, is himself named in connection to YHVH. Jeremiah literally means "YHVH will exalt". So Jeremiah's name is literally "YHVH will exalt". But I don't see you making a big deal out of this, or even of the priest literally named "Eli", or the prophet literally named "My God YHVH" (Elijah - El-i-yahu). Try understanding the intent of the Scriptures as opposed to making the Scriptures reflect your understanding. The Messiah is also called "My Servant David", and yet this escaped your analysis of the Messiah's identity: Ezekiel 34:23-24: "And I will raise up over them one shepherd, My servant David, and he will shepherd them; he will shepherd them, and he will be their shepherd. And I, YHVH, will be their God, and My servant David will be prince in their midst. I, YHVH, have spoken."
The *BRANCH.* The Holy One of Israel. The Lamb of God. The perfect sacrifice. The veil torn. The resurrected saints. The eclipse. The Holy Spirit coming down. And the Jews *STILL* reject Him as their LORD and Savior, believing God wants the blood of cows. This is how the Antichrist(he is here) will deceive them with the Third Temple. God save us all.
What most contemporary Christians don’t take into account is the fact the Messiah Yeshua was given authority to do in the Fathers name. Christianity takes many verses out of context to try and make the trinity stand. Yeshua comes as a mediator to bring us to Hashem, but now Christians instead become lawless in their belief of making jesus a god. The Brit Hadashah only points you back to the Torah, the whole Word the Messiah taught His disciples. Yeshua came not to abolish but fulfill (not abolish). Shaul tells you to establish Torah. Yaacov (James) tells you to be doers of the Torah. Yochanan (John) tells you to follow the Fathers commands and if you do, that’s how people know they love Him. It’s simple, but it’s redacted through most pastors.
💫YES.... as it is written. Remember that unbelief is a sin. Remember the Israelites roaming through the Wilderness for 40 years, instead of just 11 DAYS ❗❗ But why? The Israelites sent spies to scout the Promised Land, but when they returned with a negative report, the people doubted God's promise and refused to enter. This punishment was given due to their disbelief and rebellion against God when they were on the verge of entering the Promised Land. This is a lesson for every single one of us. 🚫Do not ever think that the Bible was written only to look at the Israelites and what they did. No it's an example to ALL the world. Remember, through the Jewish people all nations will be blessed. ( they have been, but the ultimate fulfillment will be when the Messiah comes back at his second coming. But before that, the bride meets the bridegroom in the clouds, as it is written. Are you part of the Bride? Meaning the body of Christ? The parable of the 10 virgins, fiber wise and that oils in the lamps, and five were not wise and then not have oil in their lamps, speaks volumes. If you brush off this comment, then you're falling for Satan's lies. Remember Lot's s wife! And if you're against israel, as the Bible says, you will be cursed. Judgment Day is coming. If you deny that too, then you're being deceived and being duped by Satan himself, the father of all lies. I'd much rather offend you into heaven, then flatter you into hell ❤
Yep He is, He was actually in the Garden with Adam and Eve, with Abraham, Moses, the prophets and finally came as Emanuel , and will return again physically as the a lion of Judah
interesting, the debate after 2000 years of the same exact question. both sides waiting for The Messiah, two thing are sure Jesus made The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob known to every corner of the earth and Messiah is Divine.
A lot hinges on what you believe. Heaven or eternal punishment. Was Jesus who he claimed to be which is the Messiah? What is the purpose of the Messiah? You better research for yourself and if anything ask God. At least then you can say hey I asked you. Jesus is the Messiah. Don't put your eternity in someone's hands. Research and pray.
I wished to know to this. one rebuttal Jesus used was, did you not read ...So hint taken,,, from we have, [plus online} I combed through the conditions within the Torah... and its only one sentence. Leviticus 26:12 Some may say this was during the Exodus... But walk amongst you. hmm 🙏
Here's the problem, isaiah 7:14 says "she will call him Immanuel" Matthew 1:21 Says "she will give birth to a son and you are to give him the name Jesus" A larger problem is isaiah 7;16, which references the boy of Isaiah 7:14 indicates that before the boy is old enough to reject bad and choose good, the two dreaded kingdoms will be abandoned. Which two kingdoms were abandoned during the lifetime of Jesus? When did Jesus not know good from bad?
@@StuStevens-rn7rb Unfortunately, your response doesn't address which two kingdoms prophesied by isaiah were abandoned during the lifetime of jesus. If the prophesy did not occur during his lifetime then the prophesy could not have been about him. Logic dictates all.

May I ask you sense you know the Hebrew bible what is the difference between the House of Judah and the House of Israel because it make a difference regarding a Messiah who is a true Israelite. Another Question? What does Messiah Mean because there were several persons and things Anointed in the Old Testament Hebrew Bible. Is it not true that in the New Covenant Bible any one who is Anointed with the Christ Spirit and Mind becomes a Little Messiah = or anointed one. The Hebrew word Messiah in Greek is Christos which means anointed one and logic tells me any one who has been Christened with the Holy Spirit Oil from Above is a Child Messiah. If I have the Mind and Spirit of Jesus or Yahshua the Messiah what does that make me ? Love and Blessings to you AMEN
The Messiah's role is to execute "Righteousness and judgement" on the earth. Isaiah 9:6, 11, 42:1-6, 49:1-8, 53, Jeremiah 23:5-6, 33:14-16. This is all performed by one single individual. It's the role he performs that helps in identifying him. No other person can perform that role unless they're also God.

To me, The Messiah means The One, The One that is Appointed/Annointed to "help" us return to our Heavenly Home with great success potentially! In other words, standing between God and man. The Messiah being both The Father and The Son as Isaiah states! The Father of the True Teachings, representing God even before His singular birth as Jehovah of the Jews. This is the reason that Judaism has so much trouble accepting Him. He came as a suffering servant, not as they imagined. Too close, and this still remains the unlikely problem, Jesus is too knowable, seeable for so many of this Earth's population. May we follow The True Light/Leader of This Earth, so that when He returns as proprietor and sovereign, we will happily recognize Jesus, The Messiah of Jew/Israelite and gentile, the whole family of all the Earth!
The Gospel of Matthew was written for the Jews. It's shows Yeshua's Jewish roots. He came as a Jew to Jews to fulfilled the Jewish Law. I wish all Jews could at least read just this one New Testament Book.
Do you not see that you cannot put a christian translation above the Hebrew scriptures? Your wrong is easily understood... nothing inside of time can be all-knowing as it just does not have the time for that and that means cannot ever be God! All that claim different are abusing the name of the All-knowing, the one unforgivable sin!
Shalom, first of all for Genesis 3:15, did you read the very next chapter because the Torah itself there says explicitly who will conquer the serpent. In 4:7 G-d tells Cain that although "sin crouches at the door and his urge is toward you but you can master over him" It's talking about mankind the human being. Similar in Psalm 8, King David says that everything was put under the feet of man by G-d" (Read verses 5-7 there) Meaning to say that the human being has complete control over creation through his choices. I know this is precise opposite from paul says throughout his letters that man is a helpless sinner but that is what Tanach says. Secondly, regarding Isaiah 9. #1; I don't why you're making grand accusations against people who say that the words E-il Gibor just mean mighty warrior. "#2; in Psalm 29:1 angels are referred to as Bnei-Eilim are they divine to? Or Genesis 6:2 and in Job 2 angels are once again called sons of G-d are angels divine beings? Or in Exodus 7: 1 Moses is literally called Elohim "G-d" is Moses actually G-d? Or Jacob the Patriarch in Genesis 33:20 calls an alter the G-d of Israel, is the alter G-d? The same applies to judges, they are also frequently referred to as G-d The answer is no, Scripture often uses this type of language to convey that a certain person, being , or thing is as an utter representative of G-d, that he has no ulterior motives but has completely given himself to representing G-d's Will on earth and thereby it's AS IF that person were an extension of G-d Himself since he is acting as G-d's staff. In fact this is something that any human being can achieve by giving over his life and will to what G-d wants and desires from you on Earth. Now regarding your proofs for the messiah being G-d. In Judaism when it comes to basic principles of Faith the way we determine them is very simple we look in Scripture for word-for-word explicit passages that explicitly espouse the doctrine in question. Anyone can engage in fancy interpretative skills and people can be mistaken but if you are claiming that G-d is a man, GF, then you need a word-for-word explicit passage fancy skills will not work. Now we do have 2 word-for-word explicit passages that say that G-d is not a man; one in Number 23:19 and the other in 1 Samuel 15:29. Additionally, in Isaiah 11 which everyone agrees is talking about the Messiah it says that the Messiah will be filled with the Fear of G-d. Does G-d fear Himself. Another example, in Psalm 2, which again both christianity and Rabbinic Tradition agree is talking about the Messiah, it says in verse 2 that the nations of the world will stand against G-d AND His Messiah making a clear distinction between the 2. Later in verse 8 it talks of G-d giving the Messiah nations as an inheritance WHEN HE ASKS IT OF G-D. If the the Messiah is supposed to be G-d then who is he asking from to give him nations as an inheritance? In Psalm 21, which according to the Midrash is talking about the Messiah, it says in verse 8 that he will rely on the Kindness of the L-rd that he should not falter; again if the Messiah is G-d who is he relying upon? It is true that the Messiah is sometimes referred to in elevated terms, but that is simply because he the ultimate King of the Jewish people, MEANING, that he is the epitome of the levels of Holiness that Jews can achieve, and to a certain extent any human being can achieve as we are all made in G-d's Image. So yes the Messiah will be a full regular human being, but tell what is wrong with that? The idea of the Messiah being G-d only works if you believe that man is worthless sinner, but this the precise opposite form what scripture says. In Psalm 8, King David describes that G-d made man a little less than the angels and put all thing sunder his feet. The Messiah will show us the epitome of human achievement in true Holiness, not tell us that we are all helpless sinners who can do nothing to save ourselves
LOOKS like he not the FATHER but Special-- Micah 5:2 from EVERLASTING-- and called the LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS in jeremiah-- in Isaiah 9:6 we read Mighty GOD-- Everlasting Father---- Called the LORD in malachi-- but seems different from the Father
The earliest "messianics" the disciples of Yeshua, like James, called the Ebionites and Natasarim, did NOT worship Jesus as God. That idea is ludicrous. Plenty of Messianics to this day (millions) do NOT worship Jesus as God . ONLY those messianic christians that were derived from Roman Catholic theology believe such abominations. You cannot say you believe the Torah as the word of God, and yet worship a Jewish Rabbi as God incarnate. God/man worship, and Torah observance are completely contradictory to each other. If you want to honor the Torah and be a disciple of the Jewish Rabbi from Nasareth, you got to ditch your roman catholic pagan beliefs that a man is god incarnate.
Heres my logic: perfection is what's is required to fulfill the law. Perfection is what's is required to please God. The Bible says many is far from perfect. Adam fell from the grace of God, therefore cursing all mankind to be sinful. God says in isaiah that He alone will save humanity. Jesus was said to have lived a perfect and sinless life, and was therefore able to fulfill the requirement of the law. How can Jesus having been "just a man, and a human at that" being imperfect and fallen short of gods glory, have fulfilled the requirement of the law if the requirement was absolute perfection? Yes. The messiah is God. As fallen man, we were in a never ending trap. Someone who is trapped cannot save themselves. The6 require a stance from outside. God! If you cannot swim, and suddenly find yourself in the middle of the ocean, can you save yourself? Unless you are superman, i don't think so. We required help from an outside source: God. Via His son, Jesus christ.
House of Judah messiah = no House of Israel messiah = yes Did you know that Yehoshu'a Son of Nun was originally named Hoshea Son of Nun and that he was from tribe of Ephraim not tribe of Judah? Try reading the House of Judah's "book of Joshua" side-by-side the House of Israel's "story of Joshua" (commonly referred to as the Samaritan Chronicle). Lastly, in Gnostic Christianity our Hero never died.
Did you know that God HID the Gospel in the first ten men names of Genesis 5 and their names meaning?! Adam (MAN) Seth (APPOINTED) Enosh (MORTAL) Kenan (SORROW) Mahalalel (THE BLESSED GOD) Jared (SHALL COME DOWN) Enoch (TEACHING) Methuselah (HIS DEATH SHALL BRING) Lamech (THE DESPAIRING) Noah (REST, COMFORT). Isn't that so amazing!?
I prefer to go with scriptures rather believing in scholars and traditions, because humans can make mistakes, but scriptures won't ,📢📢📢 jesus is the Messiah
Jesus fulfilled Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruit and Pentecost. Only God can fulfill His own feast days. The Lord fulfilled these spring feast on His first coming. He going to fulfill the fall feast on His second coming. Only God can fulfill the first four feast and 2000 years later fulfill the last three feast days.
Moses says that God will come to teach, and to die. Genesis 6. Adam to Noah. the names have meanings. If you have a name, you can look up its meaning. Paul the name I use on yt, means SMALL. If you are called Lilly its obvious what your name means. Rose? obvious. So we have ten names ADAM-SETH-ENOSH-... to NOAH. that string of names spells out a message. Man appointed mortal sorrow, the blessed god, comes down, teaching, his death shall bring despairing comfort and rest. Moses the law giver, is telling us about JESUS. This is a quite famous line. Well known in Christian circles. You also have Moses again telling us about the messiah in the first word of the bible. Torah. BE R A SH Y T beth resh alef shin yod tau - son of the father destroyed by own hand on cross. SO MOSES is who you can argue with as a Jewish person. Its Moses who is stating it. In our new testament Jesus meets MOSES and ELIJAH. they knew each other.. They met. Is this time travel? or is heaven visiting earth? God is made flesh. Into a man. Like a pencil? the tip of the pencil touches paper. Jesus is God. Is the father. He and the father are one God. We humans can be like God. Today we are FLESH and soul. Not far above animals. BUT, The Father is making us greater, if we accept JESUS, GOD. It is his actions that save us. NOTHING WE DO ON EARTH matters. Our little dramas on earth. No man is good. You cannot live out a good life. Men are put into situations they cannot control. Forced into killing. Forced into sin. Women are snatched away from war zones to work in brothels. you cannot control life. But by choosing the messiah you choose heaven and god. God wants us to raise our hands and vote for him. Choose him. that is all it takes. You VOTE. You swear to serve. We all are servants. the atheists try to make servitude a dirty word. a slave. You are a servant to LOVE. a soldier serves, a nurse serves, a doctor serves. we are servants , our big brother JESUS is a servant. Isaiah 53. our suffering servant. he laid down his life. No one murdered him. No one killed him. He allowed it. he is the lamb of God who died in Taleh, the month called Aries. the LAMB. God sends himself , a part of himself to die. as a LAMB. CAIN did not offer a lamb, it was the prescribed sacrifice.. He offered the work of his hands. This was an insult to God. self justification? Blood is required. Not sweat. Not deeds. I cannot reach heaven by saving a million people. by making a cure for all cancer? I was given life by God, he made me, he gave me a brain, and if I cure cancer it is his work. Nothing I do can be my work alone. Many companies make you sign a contract , anything made in their premises belongs to the company - so the employee gets no maker's rights. We choose servitude. God our father makes us Gods? Jesus tells us this, He quotes the Torah. God is making us into his family. No one is dead for long. No one is lost. JOB tells you he is restored. Isaiah says God raises him up from his grave. Yet Rabbis will refute the prophets. Moses shall see the promised land. It was promised. So God is the god of the living, not the dead. He will raise up all men on the last day. When is this last day? a great puzzle set by God. is it Rosh Hashanah? that is the favourite choice. Almost any festival day could be seen as this last day? We wait for the TRUMP of GOD. and JOB and Isaiah also will rise. Every soul is secure. If you VOTE JESUS-GOD, you get JESUS-GOD. God is not asking for deeds. He is asking for your allegiance. who do you serve? this line gets a laugh in the Hollywood film. DO you mean Jesus? in Infinity wars.. But its the most important line in any drama you will see. WHO DO YOU SERVE? Yourself? GOD? Putin? SATAN? who do you serve? you decide.
Genesis 19:24 The Lord on Earth and the Lord in Heaven. Genesis 24:3, 7. God of Heaven and God of Earth 2 beings. God and His Angel. Genesis 31:11, 13. That Angel calls Himself the God of Bethel. Paul in Acts 27:23 Says He appeared to him, and that he Paul belongs to this Angel of God and is His servant. Romans 1:1 makes it clear the one Paul serves is Jesus Christ.
Thank you for your video, i shared the word of God, maybe some jewish friends come to faith in the true Messiah! 1. God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, האלהים אשר דבר מקדם פעמים רבות ובפנים שנים אל אבתינו ביד הנביאים דבר אלינו באחרית הימים האלה ביד בנו׃ 2. Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; אשר נתנו ליורש כל וגם עשה בידו את העולמות׃ 3. Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; והוא זהר כבודו וצלם ישותו ונושא כל בדבר גבורתו ואחרי עשתו בנפשו טהרת חטאתינו ישב לימין הגדלה במרומים׃ 4. Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. ויגדל מאד מן המלאכים כאשר השם אשר נחלו יקר הוא משלהם׃ 5. For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? כי אל מי מן המלאכים אמר מעולם בני אתה אני היום ילדתיך ועוד אני אהיה לו לאב והוא יהיה לי לבן׃ 6. And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. ובהביאו את הבכור שנית לעולם אמר והשתחוו לו כל מלאכים אלהים׃ 7. And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. הן על המלאכים הוא אמר עשה מלאכיו רוחות משרתיו אש להט׃ 8. But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. אך על הבן אמר כסאך אלהים עולם ועד שבט מישר שבט מלכותך׃ 9. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. אהבת צדק ותשנא רשע על כן משחך אלהים אלהיך שמן ששון מחבריך׃ 10. And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: ועוד אתה אדני לפנים הארץ יסדת ומעשה ידיך שמים׃ 11. They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; המה יאבדו ואתה תעמד וכלם כבגד יבלו׃ 12. And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail. כלבוש תחליפם ויחלפו ואתה הוא ושנותיך לא יתמו׃ 13. But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? ואל מי מן המלאכים אמר מעולם שב לימיני עד אשית איביך הדם לרגליך׃ 14. Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? הלא הם כלם רוחות השרת שלוחים לעזרה בעד העתידים לרשת את הישועה׃
1 Timothy 3:16. 16. And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. ובודי גדול סוד החסידות אלהים נגלה בבשר נצדק ברוח נראה למלאכים הגד בגוים נתקבל באמונה בעולם נעלה בכבוד׃
There's not even one full sentence in Hebrew scriptures, not one that tells us the Messiah is just a human. All the Messianic verses tells us this individual is to execute Righteousness and Judgement on humanity. But throughout Hebrew scriptures its only God who's righteous to execute Righteousness and its only God who judges. The role of the Messiah as the righteous servant in Isaiah and the righteous branch in Jeremiah is one who's a covenant that bestows Righteousness: Isaiah 53, Jeremiah 23;6, 33:14-16. And Judgement. That role requires God himself notva mere human because no human is fundamentally righteous or above judgement. Judaism just fabricated something that doesn't exist in Hebrew scriptures.
@yigitcanozturk8475 Cyrus had one Job to execute and that wasn't Righteousness and Judgement like the Messiah. And King David was not the Messiah, neither was Cyrus. There's a Messiah and the Messiah.
@@johnkumah3095 the Messiah? Is that supposed to be something else? I've never come across any mention in the Books of God, including the Gospels, that explicitly declares a or the Messiah as God.
@yigitcanozturk8475 Isaiah 9:6 is explicit isn't it? It states clearly he's God. Isaiah 11 says he'll execute judgement and righteousness only God does this. Isaiah 40: 3-6; tells us God was coming physically. Isaiah 42:1-6:tells us he's a covenant to humanity. Only God initiates a covenant with humanity. A human cannot enter into a covenant of Righteousness with another human because only God is righteous. Isaiah 49:1-8 he's a covenant and salvation to the ends of the earth. Only God is the saviour of humanity. Isaiah 52:13 says he'll be highly exalted and extolled. Name used for only God in Hebrew scriptures. Isaiah 53 says he'll justify many through his intercessionary death. Only God justifies humans and his blood fulfils Leviticus 17:11 and the fact that only God forgive sins. His blood which is of God is what atones Jeremiah 33;14-16 is the fulfilment of Jeremiah 31:31-32. Just like the righteous servant in Isaiah is only God who initiates a covenant of Righteousness. Zechariah 14:9 Say the Lord shall be king over all the earth. In Daniel 7:13-14 the one like the Son of Man who's king over all the earth. Micah 5:2 says he's eternal making him God. Malachi 3:1 says the Lord himself was coming with a covenant. There's even more in Psalms and elsewhere which States clearly the Messiah is God.

(Covenants are there to be in action by people) If People refuses covenants, why would God initiate a covenant? Why would God say I will make a righteous Branch if he is the only righteous being in the universe? Simple answer. God is not the messiah. Zechariah 14:9 (God is king of kings this is his title obviously at the end of days we are expecting him to rule over earth and heavens) In Daniel 7:13-14 (Ancient of Days and Son of man is two different personality. God wouldn't define himself as son of man clearly if you say Son of Man is God, surely this is out of context) Micah 5:2 (It can mean anything, maybe king messiah was decided in ancient times or maybe his soul created in ancient times) Malachi 3:1 (Lord can come to his temple spiritually or miraculously we saw similar examples of this passages in history this is not saying that God will come to his temple in a form of Man) There's not in Psalms and elsewhere which States clearly the Messiah is God.
The Jewish Messiah already came. Jesus already came. Bonds and Beauty, I will tie them together. I will open the scriptures to any who have an ear to hear. I will pour my blessings on the house of David even making the feeble stand for the war. Woe to modern relgion, especially those who call them selfs a Christian, Christ like, who practice the ways of baal and live the life of Balaam, therefore blasphemy. Rapture me they say, from the days of troubles as though the Lord knows them. The time of Cyrus was not president truman, I dont know him. How can king of babylon mystery be Cyrus the destoryer of babylon mystery? No the time of Cyrus is now.
Dear Lucas, with all love and respect, you are not saved. Go read Hebrews 1, Colossians 1, John 1. There are many old and new testament books that definitively say Jesus is God. Your belief does not dictate the truth; the Truth should dictate your beliefs.
@Job_Siciliano idk man il check it out tho thats intresting. Tbh I dont believe in race anyway. Dude just looks like a northerner. Judiasm is all over tho. Just my first time ever seeing a red head jew. Like I said, curious. I should look into the extent of the diaspora
Jesus has not God come on. He did not bring peace to the Earth. He said he wasn't coming to bring peace, but a sword. The true messiah brings peace on earth when he is revealed. Stop your lyinGeorge! You of all people should know that you are God's chosen. People you are God's suffering servant. You are his son. He called out of Egypt. You are his first begotten son, the whole nation of Israel, not hey zues!
Satan is the god of this third most wicked eon so of course the Son of God is God. But. Definition of the Holy Spirit Luke 1:35: the POWER of the MOST High. Is He the SUPREME God? The Son has a God, the Father does not. The Son has a beginning, the Father does not. The Son dies, the Father cannot. The Father declares the end from the beginning, the Son declares knowledge of His second coming is in His Father's jurisdiction only. Except for going to the cross, the Son is perfectly content doing the will of His Father.
Jesus is the only begotten son of God. Jesus is one with God. Jesus sits at right hand of God not on Gods lap. Jesus will rule from Gods footstool in Jerusalem while God rules from throne in heaven. God forgives sin thru the sons shed blood. Jesus said pray to God in the sons name. Gods spirit is on heaven throne yet at same time dwells in the son. God and Jesus are as close as can be is obvious. But, Jesus is not God.
How many times does Scripture predict a man sitting on a throne in the Temple of God in Jerusalem? There is Isaiah Chp 6, Jeremiah 3:16-17, Ezekiel 43:3-4, Daniel 7:13-14. These are verses that describe a throne in the temple of God with a man sitting on it.
@mikejurney9102 The messiah is a patrilineal descendant of David. An individual with a biological father and mother. God isn't the messiah. In fact, isaiah 11 tells us that the messiah will fear God. God doesn't fear himself. The logic puzzle helps us reconciles the answer.
@@soBeItKryptonite In Isaiah 11, how can the root of Jesse vs. 10 also be a descendant of Jesse. Can this descendant also be his own root? This Messiah described by Isaiah 11 has the God like power to judge cases without the need to hear or see evidence. How awesome is that? He also has the ability to control the elements and destroy the wicked with just a word. How awesome is that. These are not mere human abilities. They are God-like abilities. Not only that, but even today many Jews wish to be buried on the Mount of Olives to await the coming of Messiah when he will split the mountain and raise the dead. How then did Messiah become an expert in raising the dead?
@mikejurney9102 Judge you say. John 8:15 You judge by human standards i pass judgment on no one. Isaiah 11 And he shall judge the poor justly. John 12 If anyone hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge that person. For I did not come to judge the world. 48 there is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words. According to Jesus he doesn't judge anyone. Yet we find that the messiah in isaiah 11 does do judging. Isaiah 11 a shoot shall come up from the stump of Jesse. This obviously means the messiah is a descendant of Jesse.
To all of you Christians commenting on here. Objectively speaking Jesus was not the Messiah for the simple reason that he failed Messianic prophesy. If you fail but 1 prophesy you aren’t the Messiah and he failed many prophesies. This is the whole reason the 2nd coming was invented.
This is frustrating because of how ignorant the speaker and everyone here is. The Messiah is a leader that liberated the Jews and helps them gain independence from there Conquerers. Jesus was obligated to expel the Romans from Judea for him to be the Messiah. Be less ignorant guys.
Thank you for your work. I appreciate your perspective. I stopped following Christianity because most of it took out the Jew. That is when I went to the Jew. I am a woman. I am trying to understand who I am. All my life I am trying to find the man. Who is he? He is my love. My message is deep and I think you will like it. I had no idea that Judaism is looking for the woman. The nonJews are looking for the man, but we worship Jesus. That is why Judaism rejects him. Our love is superficial. True love is the balance between masculine and feminine because spirituality is energy. Today, we can understand that. Humanity is feminine, she is like the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. What is evil? Our perception. Our individual perception is subject to our image. This is why we must learn to love the other. God is love. We are all free to love who we want but we restore the balance in our self when we learn to love God and see our whole self, both the Jew and the Gentile. We are like a man and a woman. We both give and receive from each other. This is the revelation of Him, Messiah, who is ourself. He is our life. He is our love. So be it 🙏
What is evil? 👿 evil is the absent of goodness... according to the Bible, (John 15:13; 1 John 4: 8-11) he who does love does not know God, for God is Love; in this, the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, so that we might live through Him, in this love, not that we love God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the expiation for our sins...True love ❤️ is someone lays down his live for his friends; true love ❤️ is always Sacrificial, self giving , merciful, compassionate, sympathetic, kind, generous, and patient...
Christians worship God Jesus. Jesus was God (a second Yahweh) - prehuman Jesus. God came through Mary's womb and acted like God - being a demigod, God-man, Fully God and Fully Man, Half God and Half Man. He got his surname 'Christ' ( cf. For Christ's sake!). Known as 'Christ', which has nothing to do with Messiah. He was jeered "King!" when he was on the cross. It was God on the cross. Not Davidic King. After death, he went to Paradise, and he came back to be shown himself (aka 'resurrection'), walking, talking, eating (sleeping too?). And voila! he was gone - gone up to heaven. He was believed to come down again - when? where? why? no one seems to know. Hail, the second God of Trinity! Hail to Queen of Heaven (Catholic Ever-virgin Mary). One of three-faced and three headed - and three-person monstrous Trinity Godhead. This is a summary of Jesus of Christian religion, not the itinerant Torah-observant Galilean rabbi. Cf. a moronic version of Jesus per Mormons: Jesus as the Brother of Satan. Mormon God - he was once a man!
The 'woman' is the Torah, as is the spirit. In the same way that the 'woman' came 'out of a man' - the 'spirit' came from LORD God. All words that end in 'ah' are 'feminine'. This the 'son of man' is spiritual as well - and must 'repent'. Our spiritual 'father' is either of 2 and all serve one or the other. Whose name do you come in? Shalom.
No, not God but his son! Jesus is the son of God, the Measiah, and not God himself. He is the suffering servant of Isaiah 53 and he is the commander of the Lord’s armies who spoke with Joshua. Jesus is the Angel of Yahweh and speaks for God. He is the fullness of deity dwelling bodily, but he is God’s son and not God himself. Don’t let the trinity keep you from Christ! Believe what Jesus said and not man made creeds which have no authority. John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
@@BestChristianWorshipSongs7 Only true God and Jesus Christ. If Jesus would be only God here, it would be like, the only true God; Jesus Christ. Therefore John 17:3 specifically says that Jesus is not God, he is a man sent by God.
@@BestChristianWorshipSongs7 No it doesn't. Show me the verse. Also, what is your answer to the plain teaching of Jesus in John 17:3? How do you explain away such clear passages? @@yigitcanozturk8475 Jesus is calling His Father, the only true God. Simply because the Father is the Only True God. The Trinity is One God in 3 persons, not 3 Gods. Titus 2:13 says that we are waiting for the appearance of "Our Great God and Savior Jesus Christ", and Romans 9:5 calls Jesus God over all, blessed forever.

Jesus Christ was both Fully man and Fully God. Thar is the mystery of incarnation. As such apostle Peter was right writing that Jesus was a man...meaning focusing on his human nature. As the second person of the Trinity he was God.
Hebrews 1 1 In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, 2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe. 3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. 4 So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs. The Son Superior to Angels 5 For to which of the angels did God ever say, “You are my Son; today I have become your Father”[a]? Or again, “I will be his Father, and he will be my Son”[b]? 6 And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says, “Let all God’s angels worship him.”[c] 7 In speaking of the angels he says, “He makes his angels spirits, and his servants flames of fire.”[d] 8 But about the Son he says, “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom. 9 You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy.”[e] 10 He also says, “In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. 11 They will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment. 12 You will roll them up like a robe; like a garment they will be changed. Yet what is due me is in the Lord’s hand, and my reward is with my God.” 5 And now the Lord says- he who formed me in the womb to be his servant to bring Jacob back to him and gather Israel to himself, for I am[a] honored in the eyes of the Lord and my God has been my strength- 6 he says: “It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.” Isaiah 49:2-3 2 He made my mouth like a sharpened sword, in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me into a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver. 3 He said to me, “You are my servant, Israel, in whom I will display my splendor.” Isaiah 49:3-10 3 He said to me, “You are my servant, Israel, in whom I will display my splendor.” 4 But I said, “I have labored in vain; I have spent my strength for nothing at all. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.” 7 This is what the Lord says- the Redeemer and Holy One of Israel- to him who was despised and abhorred by the nation, to the servant of rulers: “Kings will see you and stand up, princes will see and bow down, because of the Lord, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you.” Restoration of Israel 8 This is what the Lord says: “In the time of my favor I will answer you, and in the day of salvation I will help you; I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people, to restore the land and to reassign its desolate inheritances, 9 to say to the captives, ‘Come out,’ and to those in darkness, ‘Be free!’ “They will feed beside the roads and find pasture on every barren hill. 10 They will neither hunger nor thirst, nor will the desert heat or the sun beat down on them. He who has compassion on them will guide them and lead them beside springs of water. Isaiah 50:10 10 Who among you fears the Lord and obeys the word of his servant? Let the one who walks in the dark, who has no light, trust in the name of the Lord and rely on their God. Isaiah 52:13-15 The Suffering and Glory of the Servant 13 See, my servant will act wisely; he will be raised and lifted up and highly exalted. 14 Just as there were many who were appalled at him- his appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any human being and his form marred beyond human likeness- 15 so he will sprinkle many nations, and kings will shut their mouths because of him. For what they were not told, they will see, and what they have not heard, they will understand. “Thus said the LORD of Hosts: Peoples and the inhabitants of many cities shall yet come-the inhabitants of one shall go to the other and say, “Let us go and entreat the favor of the LORD, let us seek the LORD of Hosts; I will go, too.” The many peoples and the multitude of nations shall come to seek the LORD of Hosts in Jerusalem and to entreat the favor of the LORD. Thus said the LORD of Hosts: In those days, ten men from nations of every tongue will take hold-they will take hold of every Jew by a corner of his cloak and say, “Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.” - Zechariah 8:20-23 Exodus 19:5-6 5 Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine, 6 you[a] will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words you are to speak to the Israelites.” The man said to Jacob : “Your name shall no longer be Jacob , but Israel, for you have striven with beings divine and human, and have prevailed” (Gen. 32:28).

You don’t speak for Christ. He did want to start a new religion but more specifically a new covenant as promised in Jeremiah 33. Have you ever read the sermon on the mount he was basically acting as a new Moses teaching the laws of the new covenant much like Moses predicted in Deuteronomy that God would raise up a new prophet like himself and whoever wouldn’t listen to him God would require it if him.

Best explanation
Your analysis of the Hebrew Bible (Tanakh) and its foreshadowing of the Messiah is insightful, and as a Catholic, I deeply appreciate the way you’ve delved into the Scriptures to explore the question of whether the Messiah is supposed to be divine. Catholics firmly believe that the Messiah, Jesus Christ, is indeed God incarnate. This belief is deeply rooted not only in the New Testament but also in how the Church understands the Hebrew Scriptures in the light of Christ. Let me offer a Catholic response to the points you’ve raised.
1. The Messiah as Fully Divine and Fully Human
The Catholic Church teaches that Jesus Christ is both fully God and fully man-the Second Person of the Holy Trinity who became incarnate. This teaching is grounded in Scripture and Sacred Tradition, which together illuminate the fulfillment of the Old Testament in Christ. Let’s consider some of your points through this lens.
2. Messianic Themes in the Torah
You highlighted Genesis 3:15, often called the Protoevangelium ("First Gospel"), which foretells the enmity between the serpent and the woman's offspring.
3. Messianic Prophecies in the Prophets
Your analysis of Isaiah is especially compelling.
4. The Messiah as Eternal and Preexistent
You correctly pointed out Micah 5:2, which states that the Messiah’s origins are "from eternity." Catholics affirm that only God is eternal, and this verse highlights the preexistence of Christ, aligning with John 1:1: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
The Son of Man in Daniel 7: The vision of the "Son of Man" coming on the clouds to receive everlasting dominion is pivotal. Jesus explicitly applies this title to Himself (Matthew 26:64), signifying His divine authority and identity as the eternal King.
5. Psalms and the Messiah's Divinity
You cited Psalm 2 and Psalm 45, which Catholics also view as Messianic.
6. Multiplicity in God’s Oneness
Catholics affirm that God is one in essence but three in persons-Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Hebrew Scriptures hint at this divine mystery. For example:
Genesis 1:26: “Let us make man in our image.” The plural language suggests a relational dimension within God.
Daniel 7: The "Ancient of Days" and the "Son of Man" demonstrate a distinction within God’s unity. The Church sees this as a glimpse of the Trinity, fully revealed in the New Testament.
7. The Fulfillment of Messianic Prophecies in Jesus
As Catholics, we believe that Jesus fulfills the Hebrew Bible’s Messianic expectations perfectly. His life, death, and resurrection reveal Him as the promised King and Savior. For instance:
Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem on a donkey (Zechariah 9:9) fulfills a Messianic prophecy.
His suffering and death fulfill Isaiah’s "Suffering Servant" prophecies (Isaiah 53).
8. Faithfulness to the God of Israel
You emphasized fidelity to the God of Israel and His teachings.
9. An Invitation
You encouraged Jewish and Christian audiences to study the Scriptures and seek God.
It is me they have rejected, not you."
So, God has given people what they want, but also that which has always been his will.
A king and messiah who is both God and man.

Umm, nope.
The Bible makes it clear that a human descendant of David, not God, was the father of Jesus. The terms, "seed" (σπερμα = sperm), "flesh", "root", "fruit of his loins", and "offspring" means that Jesus was the biological son of Joseph.
"This is the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David."
(Matthew 1:1)
"They said, "Is this not Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How can he now say, ‘I came down from heaven’?”
(John 6:42)
"Therefore being a prophet [David], and knowing that God had sworn an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne."
(Acts 2:30)
"For Jesus took not the nature of angels, but the seed of Abraham."
(Hebrews 2:16)
"Of David's seed hath God, according to his promise, raised unto Israel a savior, Jesus."
(Acts 13:23)
"Concerning his son Jesus Christ, who was made of the seed of David according to the flesh."
(Romans 1:3)
"Remember that Jesus Christ is the seed of David."
(2 Timothy 2:8)
"I, Jesus have sent my angel to testify unto you these things in the churches; I am the root (progeny) and the offspring of David."
(Revelation 22:16)
“We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote; Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”
(John 1:45)
"When Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, thou son of David, have mercy on us."
(Matthew 9:27)
Jesus had four brothers and multiple sisters (not half-brothers and half-sisters):
"I saw none of the other apostles-only James, the Lord's brother."
(Galatians 1:19)
"Is this not the carpenter, the son of Mary and brother of James, Joses, Judas, and Simon? And are His sisters not here with us?"
(Mark 6:3)
“Isn't this the carpenter's son? Isn't his mother's name Mary, and aren't his brothers James, Joseph, Simon and Judas? Aren't all his sisters with us?"
(Matthew 13:55-56)
As a person of Jewish origin, in your research did you come across some mention that the Commandment commonly read as "Thou shalt not steal" is actually "Thou shalt not kidnap"? In my opinion, "thou shalt not kidnap" is a prohibition against slavery,
so any religion that condones slavery is in breach of God's Commandments...
Interpret it as you will:
*"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.

New subscriber! I'm always seeking truth & have come to alot of understanding the more i read & study God's word but i keep struggling with God hating human sacrifice but then gives us a "sacrifical lamb" that is a human sacrifice. I know there's alot of symbology in the bible & there's gotta be more to jesus being crucified/sacrificed for our sins that I don't understand. To me jesus being crucified contradicts God hating human sacrifice! Please help me make it make sense & i ask this with the utmost respect & seriousness because I'm seeking truth & understanding. I appreciate your thoughts on this matter& any help it may be & thanks in advance ❤🙏
Shalom Aleichem
Very enlightening, thank you ❤.
The Messiah is also called "My Servant David", and yet this escaped your analysis of the Messiah's identity:
Ezekiel 34:23-24:
"And I will raise up over them one shepherd, My servant David, and he will shepherd them; he will shepherd them, and he will be their shepherd.
I love your videos.
Thanks for watching! I’m so happy to hear that
Excellent explanation.

Remember the Israelites roaming through the Wilderness for 40 years, instead of just 11 DAYS ❗❗
But why?

Yes, it IS Jesus, our redeemer, our Lord, God with us.

I wished to know to this. one rebuttal Jesus used was, did you not read ...So hint taken,,, from we have, [plus online} I combed through the conditions within the Torah... and its only one sentence. Leviticus 26:12 Some may say this was during the Exodus... But walk amongst you. hmm 🙏
Succinctly one name Yeshua is called is Emmanuel, which means
"God with us." 🤔😯😊👍😎
Here's the problem, isaiah 7:14 says "she will call him Immanuel"
Matthew 1:21
Says "she will give birth to a son and you are to give him the name Jesus"
A larger problem is isaiah 7;16, which references the boy of Isaiah 7:14 indicates that before the boy is old enough to reject bad and choose good, the two dreaded kingdoms will be abandoned.
Which two kingdoms were abandoned during the lifetime of Jesus?
When did Jesus not know good from bad?

Unfortunately, your response doesn't address which two kingdoms prophesied by isaiah were abandoned during the lifetime of jesus.
If the prophesy did not occur during his lifetime then the prophesy could not have been about him.
Logic dictates all.
Ezekiel 34 says God himself will shepherd Israel and this is fullfiled in John 10 where the incarnate Word reveals himself as that Shephered.
Is Jesus the Good Shepherd, but only God is good.
Jesus says He is the door 🚪 or the gate.
So is Jesus the gate or the Shepherd or both?
& is the gatekeeper the Holy Spirit 🕊? 🤔
I can tell you right now, Yes! It's the same thing as the second comming of Christ!
If God so loved the world why would he send someone else to do the work?
@@johnkumah3095 May I suggest it is The Anointing with the Spirit of Holiness that Convicts or reproves man of Sin, Righteousness and of judgment. God's Spirit is not Flesh and Blood but is Manifested in and thru the Physical Human Body that is the flesh and blood of God's Set apart called out Saints who are Spiritual Israel on Earth. Christ Anointing In You The Hope of Divine Glory is the Mystery of the Bible. In a Persons EARTHEN VESSEL that is Anointed with Christ Jesus's Spirit and Mind Consciousness for the purpose of giving resurrection to God's Character as a Anointed Son or Daughter of the Most High Creator while in Human Form. Manifesting the Spirit of Holiness is the Witness of God's Character name even as Jesus was Anointed to Manifest the Fathers Character which is Love and Good Works that reveal a true Disciplined called our Sanctified set apart Son or Daughter of God. You can identify a Christ anointed Saint by how they think, speak and act during daily life. Love Blessings to You AMEN
Isaiah 52:13 unless we think Israel is God, the theme of the bible only god is to be exalted and extolled and be very high.
Are you a "true Jew" according to the Bible?
And what is your definition of a "true Jew?"
🤔😯😳😊👍😎

Jesus: Fullness of the Godhead bodily.
House of Judah messiah = no
House of Israel messiah = yes
Did you know that Yehoshu'a Son of Nun was originally named Hoshea Son of Nun and that he was from tribe of Ephraim not tribe of Judah?
Try reading the House of Judah's "book of Joshua" side-by-side the House of Israel's "story of Joshua" (commonly referred to as the Samaritan Chronicle).
Lastly, in Gnostic Christianity our Hero never died.
Did you know that God HID the Gospel in the first ten men names of Genesis 5 and their names meaning?! Adam (MAN) Seth (APPOINTED) Enosh (MORTAL) Kenan (SORROW) Mahalalel (THE BLESSED GOD) Jared (SHALL COME DOWN) Enoch (TEACHING) Methuselah (HIS DEATH SHALL BRING) Lamech (THE DESPAIRING) Noah (REST, COMFORT). the hebrew bible doenst teach that messiah is god,it says the spirit of the lord will be in him...stop lying.

Yes anointed King David was an alien. Anointed King Cyrus was an alien-human hybrid.
@yigitcanozturk8475
Cyrus had one Job to execute and that wasn't Righteousness and Judgement like the Messiah.
And King David was not the Messiah, neither was Cyrus. There's a Messiah and the Messiah.

Isaiah 9:6 is explicit isn't it?
His blood which is of God is what atones
Jeremiah 33;14-16 is the fulfilment of Jeremiah 31:31-32.

Yeshua is Lord and Judge of us made by the LORD AND JUDGE God! His Father!
Who is she?

@@soBeItKryptonite You're right. God is not a mere man. There is another God nature at work in Messiah.
@mikejurney9102
The messiah is a patrilineal descendant of David.

Judge you say.
John 8:15

Isaiah 11

John 12

48 there is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words.
According to Jesus he doesn't judge anyone. Yet we find that the messiah in isaiah 11 does do judging.
Isaiah 11 a shoot shall come up from the stump of Jesse. This obviously means the messiah is a descendant of Jesse.
According to Bible, Do God anoint persons? Yes. Do God anoint himself? No. Is Jesus God? Yes (sus). Is Jesus anointed? Yes. Logic Not Found.😇
Scripture is poetic. Hebrew doesn't have capitalization. Messiah, messiahs etc.
Correction: 8.he who does not love does not know God...:
How many messianic prophesies did Jesus fail? If he failed any he wasn’t the Messiah. Sorry guys but you are in denial.
I asked God what to make of Jesus, the answer I got was that he was a Jew who tried to create his own sect, and failed.
An ordinary man appointed by God, to be God ,filled with the Spirit of God (Psalms 110)
Take it from a former Christian, go back to Torah and stay there. You are in way over your head on this one.
your forefathers totally corrupted His sacred scroll so don't come whining now .
Shalom.
i am the Mashiach. i am one with Gd becuase Gd is all that there is becuase Gd is one.
John 17:3

The Father is the only true God, The Son is the only true God, and The Holy Spirit is the only true God. In John 1:1-14, Jesus is also called God. In Hebrews 1, The Father calls Jesus God. Titus 2:13 says that we are waiting for the appearance of "Our Great God and Savior Jesus Christ", and Romans 9:5 calls Jesus God over all, blessed forever.
@@BestChristianWorshipSongs7 You burned my brain with saying there are not 3 gods but 3 godly beings. If this would be the case all bible would be giving us a spesific knowledge about 3 godly beings all the time instead of 1 almighty heavenly God. Don't corrupt Jesus's teachings with Trinity idol.
Jesus is a man approved by God. Acts 2:22 listen to Peter
Jesus Christ was both Fully man and Fully God. Thar is the mystery of incarnation. As such apostle Peter was right writing that Jesus was a man...meaning focusing on his human nature. As the second person of the Trinity he was God.
Hebrews 1
1 In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, 2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe.
The Son Superior to Angels
5 For to which of the angels did God ever say,
“You are my Son;
today I have become your Father”[a]?
Or again,
“I will be his Father,
and he will be my Son”[b]?
6 And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says,
“Let all God’s angels worship him.”[c]
7 In speaking of the angels he says,
“He makes his angels spirits,
and his servants flames of fire.”[d]
8 But about the Son he says,
“Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever;
a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.
9 You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness;
therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions
by anointing you with the oil of joy.”[e]
10 He also says,
“In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth,
and the heavens are the work of your hands.
11 They will perish, but you remain;
they will all wear out like a garment.
12 You will roll them up like a robe;
like a garment they will be changed.
But you remain the same,
and your years will never end.”[f]
13 To which of the angels did God ever say,
“Sit at my right hand
until I make your enemies
a footstool for your feet”[g]?
