I heard you mention "Last Resort". Here's what I know about Ronnie. start with: "Last Resort Reimagined" Papa Roach's version shows how deep the lyrics are. He came out with it when everyone's music was more headbanging and less listening. They toured with FIR and Ronnie considers them friends. Ronnie also got their approval for this "reimagining" and showed the rough cut to Jacoby before publishing it. The song, "Last Resort" is after "Watch The World Burn (Ronnie wearing the armor)" and it starts with Ronnie walking through the destruction he caused. That's why there are no people and the world is gray (ash, it crumbles to dust). The line about his mother is especially poignant, because she, an addict, abandoned him and his brother when they were little. They didn't really know her. It's believed that she went back to the reservation ( she's half Blackfoot, half Portuguese), so they were raised by their biker dad, also an addict. Ronnie started playing piano and guitar (rhythm) when he was a kid, self taught because they were poor. No voice lessons either. His mom just randomly showed up at his concert a few years back. That's when Ronnie forgave her. There is a picture of them together. His dad is now a born-again Christian. He, (dad Russell) didn't like the direction the mc club was headed in so he started his own good-hearted biker club. Good for him. I would imagine being raised by a biker ( brother was also a biker) would be one reason Ronnie takes no bull off of anyone. It's in his DNA. Bikers seldom back down. There are lots of rumors about Ronnie but that's all they are. Only one comes close. The incarceration came about because he took brass knuckles to a fight, illegal in Nevada, considered a lethal weapon. He never hit anyone with them, the brass knuckles never left his pocket, so the charge was a "concealed" lethal weapon. But the friend he went with, had a gun pulled on him, and while wrestling for the gun, it went off. The kid that brought the gun was killed and one of his friends was badly injured . Ronnie pled guilty over the brass knuckles. His friend got off with self defense, which it was. Ronnie was sentenced to five years probation but missed some of his check-ins, that's why he served the rest of his sentence in prison. (two and a half yr.) While he was there he achieved sobriety (still sober, he said his daughter, Willow, keeps him on the right path), wrote many of their songs and put together a band called Falling In Reverse. He was a busy guy. Willow is in some of his videos. He did throw a mic stand that hurt a girl, but she is fine and not mad. I imagine she was compensated. There was a girl that said Ronnie raped her on the tour bus. After Ronnie heard he went to the police for a DNA swab. I hear it's painful . CSI processed the bus. There was NONE of her DNA "on or in" Ronnie, or the bus. He sued her and won. You can catch Ronnie on twitch. He's a gamer. You'll also hear him telling people not to do drugs. His PSA. I hope I have given you some insight, but I'm still learning. As always, do your own research.

Everyone always suggests the bangers (which I agreed you should do). I however, recommend the 'fun' ones like: Just Like You, All my Life, F*ck You and All Your Friends, or Right Here Right Now. No matter which one you go with it will be a great song. I've only been a fan since 12/2023 but I love their whole catalog and have already been to 5 live shows (which are amazing and I highly recommend!).

Falling in Reverse has been my favorite band since I was in Highschool I'm almost thirty now. Seeing Ronnie's growth as a person and artist has been amazing. I have such a deep connection to this band

He is not perfect, but he defends his opinions and beliefs and stands up to and calls out tbe bullies that so many of us deal with these days.

This is a different band than now!! I love both versions of this song - the revamped version is my favorite! There is another duo of older and newer- The Drug in me is You(original) and The Drug in Me- reimagined. It's amazing!

For me this is a song about his struggle with addiction and how it affects him and those he loves around him. If you are an addict or know an addict than you understand the battle the fight it isn't easy and unfortunately they can drag those they love through hell with them. Just what I get from the song. As a former pregnant woman, I can say i was so sick and threw up so much that i lost 10 lbs in my first trimester. Its rough. I was not at all offended by that line. Its a weird juxtaposition of the fact youre creating life, but at the same time its draining you.
A lot of them, including ren have mentioned that they do not believe in religion, but they do believe in what brings them comfort in that moment. For them that is consistently changing the idea of wanting to believe in something constant.
Great reaction. Falling in Reverse have a real band. Ronnie owns all the music, makes all decisions, writes and produced the music and often recorded a lot of it himself and with other musicians. The last remaining original member was Derek Jones who was also Ronnies friend who died in early 2020 under very tragic circumstances (this video is dedicated to him). The rest is changing all the time. I guess a lot of people who listen to Falling in Reverse were in the emo scene, and when they grew out of this, they stopped listening Falling in Reverse. I am all in for anything vampire. He wrote this in prison about his heroin addiction. He has since turned his life around and put away the drugs. He credits his daughter for keeping him grounded. People demonize Ronnie for saying what he wants to. Ronnie is an incredible artist and anybody that gives him a fair shake will realize his talent.
The Drug in Me is You and the reimagined version should be next. If you look closely you will see the guy from I am Not a Vampire original version who played Jason the camp counselor in the white mask in the jail cell. He said we were cellies back in prison.

His father was an addict who became a Christian, and he was raised Christian. He does not seem to hate god. He just seems like he has lost faith. He's seen the world burning around us, and....god won't save us, so...is god even THERE?? Even REAL?? And I get that. I don't think he hates the idea of god. When he burns the priest in Watch the World Burn, he is NOT 'burning faith' or 'killing christians' he's pissed at hypocrisy. He's saying that he's standing against hate. But did you notice that the bible does NOT burn??? Ronnie has a LOT of creative control of his vids, and he's a deeply metaphorical and idealistic person, he's saying that he hates the hypocricy, hate, and control exibited by 'faiths' but does NOT hate the bible itself. Pretty sure the drummer and guitarists are different now. One guitarist died in 2020, so there is a replacement for him. His old lead guitarist left the band to pursue his own career and from what I see that guy just teaches guitar lessons and has a solo album that's mainly just him on guitar. Yes it's Jeffree Star. And no one else I've watched reactions on this song noticed Jeffree Star. But they both played shows at Warped Tour. So I'm sure that's how Ronnie met Jeffree.

@@GoatWorthy_ I feel he is agnostic. He has said that he does not care what beliefs you have, if you show him something good, he will be your friend. His father was an addict who became a Christian, and he was raised Christian. He does not seem to hate god. He just seems like he has lost faith. He's seen the world burning around us, and....god won't save us, so...is god even THERE?? Even REAL?? And I get that.
I don't think he hates the idea of god. When he burns the priest in Watch the World Burn, he is NOT 'burning faith' or 'killing christians' he's pissed at hypocrisy. He's saying that he's standing against hate. But did you notice that the bible does NOT burn??? Ronnie has a LOT of creative control of his vids, and he's a deeply metaphorical and idealistic person, he's saying that he hates the hypocricy, hate, and control exibited by 'faiths' but does NOT hate the bible itself.
This is why I say he's agnostic. I feel like he wants to have faith, but life just keeps beating him down and he's finding it HARD to believe.

Pretty sure the drummer and guitarists are different now. One guitarist died in 2020, so there is a replacement for him. His old lead guitarist left the band to pursue his own career and from what I see that guy just teaches guitar lessons and has a solo album that's mainly just him on guitar. Yes it's Jeffree Star. And no one else I've watched reactions on this song noticed Jeffree Star. But they both played shows at Warped Tour. So I'm sure that's how Ronnie met Jeffree.

The girl is his long time girlfriend Saraya Bevis. She is absolutely stunning in this. This song is about his addiction. He did write extra verses for this one. Derek Jones was his rhythm guitar. He was also a co founder of Falling in Reverse . Tom MacDonald and Ronnie were supposed to go on tour that year(2020) but due to FIRs death of Derek and then covid hit so they had to cancel. 😢 Love your reaction just subbed❤
