I'm a professional full time entertainer, and- simply for a laugh- my wife purchased Pino Silvestre "Perfect Gentleman", which is very synthetic- however, its staying power is remarkable. Ironically, because the reaction from audience members has been so positive, and because the scent holds so welI, I have purchased several bottles for this very reason alone. I say ironically because, originally, a bottle would cost me a ridiculously low $15.00 Australian dollars, but now it's climbed into the high $20-$30. Bottom-of-the-barrel-cheap, but I suspect the markup is based on the fact that (1): they sold very, very fast and (2) are now very much sought after. So, what was once a joke is now a staple. Great review by the way. I also purchased this same fragrance last week- it's very good, robust and clean.
Hi there 👋 First of all, many thanks for your comment. I really enjoyed reading your experience with Pino Silvestre 'Perfect Gentleman'. Funny how we may approach a fragrance with low expectations and all of sudden it changes for the better. But, according to my own experience it can also happen the other way round! I once had great expectation towards Gucci Guilty Black, but my nose did not like it at all. I made a review video I wonder what you may think of it. To be honest with you I haven't yet experienced Pino Silvestre 'Perfect Gentleman', however you got me now thinking and I feel I should have one!! Regarding the smell of Pino Silvestre Original, I can confirm that it smells fresh with hint of green in it; however though it does not give that smell of pine cones. Nevertheless, it offers a very pleasant woody scent that certainly deserves respect, and a especial place on everyone's shelf.

It's so kind of you. Thank you! Lately it's been absolutely manic at work, so thought it'd be a good idea to do something different. I honestly enjoyed making this video. Soon I'll have more videos like this one as I'm planning to go on holidays to Brazil to explore a bit of the fragrances they have over there while I explore a bit of the country. Last time I visited Brazil I got unwell and didn't have the energy to do much. At this time I'll be perhaps less adventurous with what I eat and hopefully all will be fine, so I can enjoy some fun time reviewing Brazilian fragrances adding some Brazilian curiosities. Hoping that the translation is correct what I can tell you is that Pino Silvestre Original does provide a woodsy fragrance and a very pleasant, fresh smell of pine which I guess would be similar to Cypress scent. However, please note that likes and dislikes very from person to person, meaning that you may not like it as much as I do, or perhaps you'll like it much more than I. Either ways, I feel you should try it. I personally believe you'll truly enjoy its scent. By the way, I do believe you're a true gentleman too! Thanks for your comments.
Hi Felix , I need to try these fragrances i read that they have lemon citrus 🍋 range ,i love citrus fragrance they are my favorite, i think the pine would be more suitable for Autumn and Winter .
Hi David GPS! 👋 I must confess that I also like fragrances with citrus notes. Citrus scents give a sense of freshness. Pino Silvestre certainly offers a very good smell to wear in the Autumn, but I confess that I've caught myself wearing it in different seasons and enjoying it, but I totally see what you mean. @@davidGPS95 Hello David GPS! sorry for the late reply. This weekend I took sometime to do some needed DIY around the house! I ended up with more paint on me than on the walls!! I have experienced Karl Lagerfeld Bois de Yuzu, but that was long ago before I started reviewing fragrances. I do like it though. All the others you mentioned are new to me. But as I'm on the computer I order a bottle of Drakkar Intense. Next batch of scents I'll add Calvin Klein Truth. By the way, I can't find the Farah the one you mentioned in your previous msg. It comes up online as fashion clothing only. Is there any other name along Farah? By the way, a guy at work gave me a half bottle of Hugo Boss Bottled Original, which was new to me. Gosh! It has been 'love at first sniff'!! 😃A review will be coming up in the next few day!! I hope you has a lovely weekend.
