The graveyard videos are what I started watching when I first started watching you. I love these. You give them a chance to be remembered 😌🤗 and when you tell their story it's not boring.
I also started watching your graveyard videos when I first found you on RUclips
Same these are what makes Lamont fascinating not him talking down to us about his 6$ bread rant.
Hey Lamont! Big fan. Would love to see you visit some old civil war cemeteries? Confederate; and/or Union dead? There are plenty of famous stories involving most buried within those grounds. Stay blessed, sir!
Same!!
I also have been watching now about 5 years! Time flies when good people surround you ❤
Simply the gold standard of cemetery visits. Nobody does them better than Lamont.
@@mdmarko is this your email if so I would like to talk you about a friend who was murd in a small town when we was 13 from her bus stop 🛑 if you have time I now you have a lot of show But it not been talked about on TV since she was killed I love the things you get to do it really cool to me
Everyones Life has A Story,,you will never run out of Material...Thanks for Keeping their Memories alive
I did enjoy the early Lamont video's where you started out at random cemeteries discussing lost souls who you would never know existed here on earth other than for you. I enjoy all your channels but especially this format. Your narrations and information as well as mobile instinct's on research is some of the best on RUclips.
Thank you
@@LamontAtLarge How'd you end up in Burnet, Texas?
Agreed. I know I can get comfy when I see these videos because I won't get bored and have to click off and find another
This is when you're at your best.
Love this format!!!
Lamont, we really miss watching your 'forgotten in death' episodes. Please consider doing more of these. They, hands down, are our most loved episodes. We really miss these segments, and you're so good at doing them. ❤ So please, just think about doing them again for your fans. Love, 2 old lady's! ❤
The forgotten faces and graveyard tours are my favourite. They feel like authentic Lamont ❤
Always grateful when you do grave stops to learn about people. Thank you Lamonte.
Thank you Lamont for remembering the forgotten
My Dad, born in 1929, was accidentally shot in his leg, while playing with a .22 by one of his brothers. The lads tried to hide this; until his leg got too infected & Mom found it. He fortunately lived & taught me a better appreciation of gun safety.
My grandfather born May 5th 1929 and he is still around
These cemetery videos like this one are your best videos and the number one reason I subscribed to your channel
TOTALLY agree with this
Regarding leaving coins on a grave of military:
Penny: You visited the grave
Nickel: You trained with the deceased at boot camp
Dime: You served with the deceased
Quarter: You were with the deceased when they died
Never heard of this until today, and I am retired military.
Thanks for the info.
Yes thank you
Apparently this tradition can be traced back as far as the Roman Empire, it's very moving. I do love the respect so many of you in America give to those in service or have served your country
I did 26 years in the Army and never knew that .. Thanks!
Thank you so much for taking time out to show these videos of people who meant something to others 💗

Hello Lamont, lm a long time subscriber to your channels.
I first started watching you when started doing these grave visits, and as much as l love your other channels, would be good to see some more of these. All the best a UK fan❤🇬🇧.......
Nice, Lamont. I've enjoyed this video. My great grandmother died in 1918 from Spanish flu. It took her quickly. Blessings from Michigan.
I love when you do the forgotten in death and visit cemeteries. I hope you do more
Lamont, I was born and raised in Burnet Texas (don't live there anymore) and I recognized a lot of these family names! Thanks for the visit my friend!
🦾
That graveyard is so peaceful. Thank you Lamont for keeping there memories alive. ❤
When I was in college I would study in the graveyard across from my apartment. Very peaceful.
I love your random cemetery posts!!
Hi Beautiful i'm from Ohio
Lamont..in Saginaw Michigan is Oakwood Cemetery. They have an indigenous section...very interesting
I really glad to see you are back doing these kind of video's, I really missed you doing them.❤
Lamont, I find your Forgotten in Death videos so interesting. I also enjoy exploring old cemeteries and paying respect to those buried there. I like to read the monuments and wonder about the lives they lived. Old cemeteries are like art museums and history museums.
These are also my favorite videos that Lamont does.
i love these video you remember the dead and make sure they are never forgotten
As always well done Lamont.
I love the traveling with you from a distance I can't afford to go to these awesome places you go lamont glad you're living your best life.
Thank you for taking us along with you. These are some of my favorite videos. We get to see so places and cemeteries through your travels that we would not get to see. You’re my favorite! Be safe out there.
The graveyard videos is what I started watching you on as well. Love when you do these videos Lamont!❤😊
Always loved your earlier videos of your cemetary visits Lamont, and have been watching your channels for a long time now. It woild be good to see more of these grave visis.
Thanks for all that you do, l wish you well and safe travels a UK fan ❤🇬🇧.......
You should go visit the cemetery in High Island Texas. It's nothing super fancy, but I remember going back in the early 1980s and seeing some older headstones towards the back. I remember my step father jokingly saying they were probably Pirate Graves like Jean Lafitte. Lol
I love these videos. I love walking through old graveyards and wondering who these people were and what they left for us in history…. ❤
Thanks for your time, Lamont. Stay safe. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Such sad stories, but love forgotten in death walks, may they all rest peacefully!Thank you Lamont!
I love the respect you pay to these cemeteries. Thank you for taking us along with you on these trips.
This is one of my favorite series, I love hearing the history and stories Lamont tells
These are the ones I signed up for before you hit 1000 subs Lamont. I love these random walkabouts, trying to imagine what life would have been like. Be safe, Deb of Oz.
Lamont, QUESTION? Where in the world did you get the idea of this kind of content? Idk why you don't have 10 million subscribers on all of your channels.😄 You are doing superb journalism👀 I guess that's what you'd call it 😂👍👍
i love these videos reason why i subscribed in the first place , God bless lamont
"Not lost, a blessed thought, just gone ahead, where we’ll meet again and never part."
This is why I subbed, these are the OG videos!! Thank you!!
Hi Lamont! I noticed the title Oddfellows cemetery. The odd fellows organization used to pay for funerals of the poor. Many of their members had three rings engraved on their tombstones.
Thank you Lamont. I love the forgotten videos ❤️🙏
Awesome way to retelling these beautiful memories
I just love to take a relaxing break at home and watch Lamonts Videos.
Hey Lamont I always love your videos. I did have a little correction. You said that Kate Lynn Valls was one of the 700,000 people to die of the 1918 flu pandemic. That more died from it than all the wars in the twentieth century. Which is correct except it was not 700,000. It was over 50 million people died from it, 1/5th of the worlds population died from the Spanish flu
I'm a big fan I hope Lamont keeps making videos forever
I'm first,2 am in Australia. Waiting up all night for another video from Lamont.
Haha, it’s 11:20 am here…
Burnet Texas is right down the road from me. There are lots of old cemeteries around here and many are over grown and forgotten (alot of them are on private land).
Your vids are great - keep up the good work...
Watching from jamaica 🇯🇲 I've always love your videos
ThanksLamont, be safe😊
I’m glad you stopped by there amigo.
These are my favorite videos Lamont!
Joe W. Brownlee's death is just heartbreaking. DON'T EVER PLAY WITH GUNS KIDS!
Good to know about coins on the grave being service related! However, it looks like the practice has taken a broader sense as I've seen them on graves of people who never served. Good walk through a cemetery and I appreciate you taking the time to "visit" the forgotten ❤. Old headstones are a work of art!
You're a good man for repairing some of these old stones. I appreciate that, and it says a lot about your character. Thank you, Sir.
This is exactly what I missed Unc…”the cemetery drop in” 👌🏿
Amen to still being alive by the grace of God
This format is always so interesting.
Great video, to clarify, coins left at military graves represent various levels of knowledge of the person.
Penny: This symbolizes visitation. It is for those who have no formal relationship with the deceased but wish to honor their service and their family.
Nickel: A nickel is left by those who trained at boot camp with the departed.
Dime: In the case of a dime, it indicates service alongside the departed in some capacity.
Quarter: A quarter is a special symbol reserved for those who were with the departed when they passed.
Thank you Lamont for being a classy and respectful guy❤. Love your videos
It's amazing to me what information you find out at these Graves. Thanks Lamont! ❤😊
One of my favourite youtubers watching from Sunderland ENGLAND 👍👍👍👍👍💯💥
Thank you for the unexpected stop!! I enjoyed it very much!! 💥💥
Thanks for this video. I am always surprised about the stories you tell about this People. It must be a lot of work. Many thanks for this. Stay save😊
The last one was really sweet and sad especially those words to his father about having to move on!
I love your videos. Well researched and respectful. :) hi from the UK
I watch 2 of your of your channels, I love them you do such great shows and you find things out about the person not make things up
Great video Lamont xxxx
Always look forward to your videos. Thank you.
My grandmother's father ( my great - grandfather) was laid to rest by her mother (my great - grandmother) and his second wife. I guess that's how they did things back then. I loved wandering around two cemeteries looking at my family's headstones. My grandparents are buried at one of them as well as great aunts and uncles. It was very interesting listening to my mother and aunt talking about them as we were walking around.
Yah you are a natural at telling and showing.
Lamont you ever visit cemeteries during Dia De La Muerte celebrations going on ? …it’s really cool to see how that culture celebrates loved ones that have passed thank you for your amazing videos and I love how you show and share facts and tell it so well thank you! ❤
thank you for your dedication
Thanks Lamont ❤
Oh man I would love to go on a walk with you here in San Antonio! I walk the cemeteries pretty regularly. Safe travels!
❤ Thank you Lamont, great upload.❤
Im an Odd Fellow it’s a great organization that helps and supports the community.
Hey lamont love your channel sending lots of love from Cleveland Ohio 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Your intro reminds me of when I was young. I grew up in the country and no one flinched at the sound of gunshot, it was part of life. I then moved to the city for college. One night I heard gunshots and initially didn't think much of it, then realized WAIT!! That's not suppose to be normal here, I'm not in the country anymore, lol!! Thanks Lamont, I love all your videos but have missed this. Love, hugs & God Bless you 💕💕
Welcome back to Texas!
Good day people, have a blessed one ❤
Hi
Hello from Oklahoma ❤
@@debradavis9589 Hello from Ohio
Be careful in San Antoneo there are really rough neighborhoods there.

I wish id known you were in town for a bit I'd of bought you a cup of coffee on the square!
Lots a great history in Burnet AND Marble Falls.
I recall an incident many years ago where a man was caught by the couplers between two rail cars. He lived for a couple of hours. But died immediately when the cars were separated. He had time to say his good byes.
Love your videos Lamont ❤
1 of my favorite pastimes, great video.

So many lives full of contributions and memories passed on in loved ones, thank you.
If you’re ever in Alabama, check out the Church Street Graveyard in downtown Mobile. Some interesting markers there, along with a few notable historical figures, including Joe Cain, who was responsible for bringing Mardi Gras back to Mobile after the civil war.
thx Lamont
R.i.p. all
