@@Clarke73lol Stop spreading out small updates over time and instead release big updates with lots of new content at once, release more Exchange items so players can earn cosmetics without paying, release more modes at the same time instead of just one mode over the course of months, do the same with developer made maps instead of forged maps, and most of all, actually add another weapon/vehicle

They definitely should prioritize making the game playable, as being able to play a game is the most important thing for people who want to play a game.
I love how Infinite was promised 10 years of support but at this point the game only has a small team to do maintenance updates and drop a gamemode or two every few months. That team can’t even figure out why the game doesn’t work lol. Nobody can tell me this game isn’t on life support.
If 343's still cycling through contractors, I'll bet by the time the current team finally figures out what's wrong, they'll already be on their way out and the circle of life is about to begin anew
There are too many anti-vehicle weapons and vehicles are made out of paper mache. It seems like almost everyone in a BTB or Squad Battle has an anti-vehicle weapon.

It’s not just the abundance of anti vehicle counters, vehicles also handle like shit. Feels like we digressed back to halo 1 where you can flip a 2 ton warthog on a tiny pebble and cars handle like they’re on ice rinks. Combine that with the btb maps that funnel vehicles down linear paths and it’s awful.
They won't because working on new content is (apparently) harder for them to do rather then making more microtransactions. So they push it off to 3rd party studios and companies so all well get is shit maps.
Yeah I agree but sadly that's not going to happen for Infinite. Anything they were working on was tossed out when the team working on new stuff was cut. Hopefully if Halo get's moved to Unreal 5 more weapons and vehicles will be much easier to add into the game. By modders if nobody else. Honestly it would hopefully allow for Halo mods on Console as the New version of Ark shows it can work with U5. Hell I only use 2 mods in that game and both are weapon packs.

It's worth noting that the _Halo 2_ Master Chief armor found in the files is the first 1-to-1 recreation of the classic Mark VI armor that 343 has ever done, in the last 12 years of running the franchise. I am shocked that it took them this long to get the OG Mark VI right. I will probably get it when it comes out... though I'm disappointed they made it an armor kit again rather than an armor core, because it would've be the perfect opportunity to bring back all of the _Halo 3_ armor... including the OG Recon armor.

@@cubanjit Yeah, it's a kit. I think it's unlikely that they would release a new armor core this late in development, even with the one remaining armor core slot. If I'm wrong, I will be pleasantly surprised... provided it comes with all the _Halo 3_ armor.

Anyone else getting the “one of the players does not have Easy Anti Cheat enabled” or whatever? It pops up after like 6 games and all I can do is close the game and open it again
I’ve played like 30 hours over the last few days and yep, it happens every 45 minutes or so for me. Getting it less and less but same thing gotta close the game and reopen it. Unfortunately o started getting used to that now which is bullshit. Should not be happening.
Really hope the game gets a menu overhaul before they move on. I have always despised the menu and UI/UX of Infinite. So clunky to navigate and the Armor Hall is a huge pain in the ass to find the armor piece you want. I hate it.

If they do, they need to convert the Mark V into a core, too. It's complete crap that the original armor isn't customizable. Not that it really want to, it's pretty much perfect the way it is. But still, it's the principle that matters.
The only thing great about modern Halo is the forge mode. Otherwise its just a disgrace. They cant even get the stuff in the cash shop right lmao, almost all of the Mark V b armors are inaccurate to the original pieces. Its honestly pathetic.
Also the disruptor has been my pistol of choice for a solid year now, and the electric damage over time returning just makes it better. This should mean the Calcine is Raiden level electrical damage output.
Funny part about the files: The halo 5 shotgun is in without audio Carbine Falcon Banished shotgun Spiker (texture and audio needed) Legit if they donated just a little bit of time they could bring back a lot of the player base. BUT NO. They are either unable or unwilling to do their task handed to them
I was in a spartan company called "The Dadbods" and if i remember correctly we were one of the first to get the Achilles armor set. It was such good times honestly some of the best right up there with Halo 2 - Halo Reach multiplayer days. For me that is why i believe Halo 5s multiplayer was super underrated and its right up there with Halo 2 - Reach as well. Infinite is alright but i would really like to have the setup that Halo 5 had.
I don't know if it's new since this update or the previous but one thing I noticed is that now with the new bundle in the shop, you can buy the pieces separately. It's still pricey but at least you can now buy the one thing you want for a cheaper price instead of an entire bundle of cosmetics you won't use.
Modern gaming in a nutshell. When players complain about a weapon, they change it for the worse, they complain about the new meta, then they change weapons again

I will say, as someone who has been playing since the beta, the skill based match making has been so much better with the population increase in the mode. It does suck that other modes are struggling, but VIP is very fun
343 never acknowledged the problems with Infinite's foundations (bad SBMM, industry worst netcode and matchmaking, awful progression and monetization). At least, they never did so in any meaningful way. They continue to take a hostile and belittling approach to their community and core fans. 343 needs to be shut down. Give Halo to competent studios that respect the original games and the player base.

Imo, the only way they can possibly get more players back is if they just drop everything they’ve had in the works at once. They have had stuff finished and ready for so long, but they keep making these small updates and dropping things slowly. They need to release it ALL if they want their players back. The AR feels like a hybrid of CE and 3's now. I hate using it due to the increased movement speed of these later games, but it feels very rewarding when you get a kill now.
I just want them to fix the missing vehicle effects for the needler, still vanishes when touching a vehicle. The mangler shoots a little spike, it sticks in vehicles correctly, just take that effect and paint it pink or do something. I'm happy they restored the missing world firing sound for the shock rifle too, if you were next to someone who fired it, it used to be silent.
You’d think logically, if a company or group of individuals struggle this much to release and fix issues with their product that the company would be cut loose.
As someone who occasionally dabbles in infinite with the boys for a fun night of gaming, infinite really struggles to capture the chaotic game nights we used to have. Super / Husky Raid is doing so much heavy lifting for the game at the moment. but still no multi team? still no breakout? just 300+ms matches in most playlists, with the occasional 30ms local match sprinkled in, and searching local takes 30+ mins to find a match.
Dude I've been so done with this game after 343 gutted season 6 back at the start of the year, mark V in the store back in season 5 killed all motivation for the game I had, and the spirit of fire operation buried it.
I saw the military police helmet. Ok, one, I like how they did their own thing, the description indicates that it's an updated ver of the mk 5 mp helmet but i still want the mk 5 mp too. The only reason people loved that helmet was because it was the trooper/marine helmet! Two, where tf are the gungnir shoulders and nxra utility???
i hope MCC gets fixed and this does too. Decided to load up Infinite after downloading it a week ago and.... they STILL haven't fixed the initial load taking FOREVER!? wow 343 Loaded the game at 5 minutes in your video and its over now and its STILL Loading. A little over half way. over 4 minutes to load a main menu. Great video Mint!
I hope mod support gets added sooner than later, especially, since the fans are making the maps anyway with Forge. Then 343 can add more proper developer tool maps, game modes, and features to the game. I hope a toggle to Custom Games will be added to disable scope glint.
I just want that Phoenix emblem. The white phoenix with black background has been my main emblem since the beginning of halo 2. Sad i cant use it on infinite.
It seems like whenever developers try to balance out guns they just make it even more unbalanced than before, I'm glad they buffed the disruptor; but other than that they made the already op guns more op and the guns that needed improvement they nerfed even more. There needs to be more anti-aircraft weapons besides just the regular and energy sniper, rocket launcer, and disruptor especially now that the banshee has been buffed.
If the Achilles armor is coming to infinite I hope we get the Hellioskrill armor too. It's one my favorite armor next to that Hayabusa armor 343 has input in game/lore. You can tell how much I love it by my YT profile picture
I put this game down about 6 months ago. I was an avid player who was there from day one, I stood by this game for the longest time. I actually have no regrets from leaving this game because it still feels like there's only 10 people working on this game, 343 is so incompetent that's it's not even funny anymore. They're backed by Microsoft, always have been and they can't deliver a simple Halo experience that most veteran players like myself were used to experiencing two decades ago. It's abysmal..

The EAC bug is really annoying, especially when you're playing Custom Games. You could join a random custom game and it will end the game, kicking the whole lobby to the main menu and at that point nobody knows who has the bug so everyone just quits.
Forge should have an offline mode, I dabbled into making action pack fire fight maps but kinda stop because this stupid online only thing. YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING if you're offline or the servers are acting up in Infinite.
3 years later no firefight horde mode. I hope the next Halo releases with Firefight. Hell, I’d love a Zombies-inspired flood horde mode. Something that’s respectful of traditional Halo AND is entirely new.
The spartan points would be huge if it was actually retroactive for all the time played, but I'm not about to get back onto this game just to grind SP after they already fumbled the ball a hundred times while I optimistically tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I need to have my armor color that i use in the other halo's. Its teal with purple accents. Classic halo 2 pattern and a scuffed & tattered metalic shine. Medium bright teal, royal purple.
My idea for my game would be no matchmaking, players would be join intro lobbies immediately, and system will be sort players base on rang, making sure that both of teams will have better and worse players.
EAC bug is the only one i get often. other than randomly having 200+ ping even though im playing with the same exact people i did in the last 10+ matches because there are only 20 people playing Halo Infinite.
Skewer would be such a fun weapon if the hit registration for it wasnt so janky. Sometimes i feel like yhe projectile doesnt actually leave the weapon till half a second after the firing sound is finished
Bro, me and my friends keep trying to get into a match together, every time we load in one of us isn't in so we leave the match to try again. It happens like 6 times in a row and then I'm banned for leaving too many matches 😭
Crazy that 343 has amazing weapon balance in Halo 5 to look back on for reference and they continue to muddy and mess with the roles of iconic weapons instead
Have they added the old Husky Raid maps back into the playlist? Me and the boys love playing that but they put in new maps and took off the old maps, we loved playing the one with the circle in the middle along the thin path where you drop down and get grav lifted up to cap and the one with the old japanese buildings
One thing that keeps happening to me is its saying something about my anti cheat not being valid and I have to close the game, and re open it to play again. That just happened during the last update
Love the weapon changes. But the lack of new weapons and vehicles is really unfortunate. Don’t even have to come up with new ones. There’s so many sandbox items that already exist in the Halo universe that could be added to make fans happy

I will say, as someone who has been playing since the beta, the skill based match making has been so much better with the population increase in the mode. It does suck that other modes are struggling, but VIP is very fun
343 never acknowledged the problems with Infinite's foundations (bad SBMM, industry worst netcode and matchmaking, awful progression and monetization). At least, they never did so in any meaningful way. They continue to take a hostile and belittling approach to their community and core fans. 343 needs to be shut down. Give Halo to competent studios that respect the original games and the player base.

Imo, the only way they can possibly get more players back is if they just drop everything they’ve had in the works at once. They have had stuff finished and ready for so long, but they keep making these small updates and dropping things slowly. They need to release it ALL if they want their players back. That’s the only way I would start playing again.

@@finkamain1621 It is much simpler than that my friend. They simply are nudging players to just give in and open their wallets early for the one helmet they've added to the exchange that anyone actually wants, by artificially limiting you to a set level of progress per day.

Honestly what they need to do is keep halo infinite going as their live service for people who want the more modern halo experience and then if they really are remaking halo combat evolved remake that and make it for the traditional experience they can also throw in modern elements into the halo 1 remake ofc but id really like to see a place for every both old and new and ive honestly enjoyed halo infinite recently and really wish it can just be its own thing, halo live service is a cool concept to me but they really did not do it well when it first came around but it seems like their pulling it back slowly i suppose, idk halo getting new weapons and vehicles and new constant updates for content is very fun to me its like a party game that gets new pieces every few months lol, the biggest thing i think i loved about it tho was the story they were setting up for it im so sad they scrapped it it was like the only other thing that was getting me to play halo infinite for the longest time

The AR feels like a hybrid of CE and 3's now. I hate using it due to the increased movement speed of these later games, but it feels very rewarding when you get a kill now.

I just want them to fix the missing vehicle effects for the needler, still vanishes when touching a vehicle.
The mangler shoots a little spike, it sticks in vehicles correctly, just take that effect and paint it pink or do something.
I'm happy they restored the missing world firing sound for the shock rifle too, if you were next to someone who fired it, it used to be silent.

As someone who occasionally dabbles in infinite with the boys for a fun night of gaming, infinite really struggles to capture the chaotic game nights we used to have. Super / Husky Raid is doing so much heavy lifting for the game at the moment. but still no multi team? still no breakout? just 300+ms matches in most playlists, with the occasional 30ms local match sprinkled in, and searching local takes 30+ mins to find a match.
Dude I've been so done with this game after 343 gutted season 6 back at the start of the year, mark V in the store back in season 5 killed all motivation for the game I had, and the spirit of fire operation buried it.

Ok, one, I like how they did their own thing, the description indicates that it's an updated ver of the mk 5 mp helmet but i still want the mk 5 mp too. The only reason people loved that helmet was because it was the trooper/marine helmet!

Loaded the game at 5 minutes in your video and its over now and its STILL Loading. A little over half way. over 4 minutes to load a main menu.

Man I’m going to miss this game so much when they’re done with supporting it. It just looks really good.
It seems like whenever developers try to balance out guns they just make it even more unbalanced than before, I'm glad they buffed the disruptor; but other than that they made the already op guns more op and the guns that needed improvement they nerfed even more. There needs to be more anti-aircraft weapons besides just the regular and energy sniper, rocket launcer, and disruptor especially now that the banshee has been buffed.
If the Achilles armor is coming to infinite I hope we get the Hellioskrill armor too. It's one my favorite armor next to that Hayabusa armor 343 has input in game/lore. You can tell how much I love it by my YT profile picture
I put this game down about 6 months ago. I was an avid player who was there from day one, I stood by this game for the longest time. I actually have no regrets from leaving this game because it still feels like there's only 10 people working on this game, 343 is so incompetent that's it's not even funny anymore. They're backed by Microsoft, always have been and they can't deliver a simple Halo experience that most veteran players like myself were used to experiencing two decades ago. It's abysmal..

The EAC bug is really annoying, especially when you're playing Custom Games. You could join a random custom game and it will end the game, kicking the whole lobby to the main menu and at that point nobody knows who has the bug so everyone just quits.
I've been dealing with this issue a lot. Hopefully it gets fixed very soon. Come on, 343. Get.

Forge should have an offline mode, I dabbled into making action pack fire fight maps but kinda stop because this stupid online only thing. YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING if you're offline or the servers are acting up in Infinite.
3 years later no firefight horde mode. I hope the next Halo releases with Firefight. Hell, I’d love a Zombies-inspired flood horde mode. Something that’s respectful of traditional Halo AND is entirely new.
They do have floodfight in halo mcc for the odst firefight.

I need to have my armor color that i use in the other halo's. Its teal with purple accents. Classic halo 2 pattern and a scuffed & tattered metalic shine. Medium bright teal, royal purple.
My idea for my game would be no matchmaking, players would be join intro lobbies immediately, and system will be sort players base on rang, making sure that both of teams will have better and worse players.
EAC bug is the only one i get often. other than randomly having 200+ ping even though im playing with the same exact people i did in the last 10+ matches because there are only 20 people playing Halo Infinite.
Skewer would be such a fun weapon if the hit registration for it wasnt so janky. Sometimes i feel like yhe projectile doesnt actually leave the weapon till half a second after the firing sound is finished
That AR tap was one of the few things I actually liked about the weapon, now they fucked it up. 😂😭
Big thing that was over looked in this is Custom Games. Trying to load one with more than 3 people is a nightmare right now.
Bro, me and my friends keep trying to get into a match together, every time we load in one of us isn't in so we leave the match to try again. It happens like 6 times in a row and then I'm banned for leaving too many matches 😭

Have they added the old Husky Raid maps back into the playlist? Me and the boys love playing that but they put in new maps and took off the old maps, we loved playing the one with the circle in the middle along the thin path where you drop down and get grav lifted up to cap and the one with the old japanese buildings

i would like for them to give us the option to pick what event we can work on like borderlands 3 has.
One thing that keeps happening to me is its saying something about my anti cheat not being valid and I have to close the game, and re open it to play again. That just happened during the last update
Love the weapon changes. But the lack of new weapons and vehicles is really unfortunate. Don’t even have to come up with new ones. There’s so many sandbox items that already exist in the Halo universe that could be added to make fans happy
I really hope there will be a search and destroy type mode.
