Never more true than now. Beautiful, poignant, revelatory work.
I would watch that. I'm sure there are many hobbyist photographers that don't have their talents recognized enough.
Literally millions. There are so many of them I'm afraid photography has become as irrelevant as painting. Perhaps AI is going to give us something new pretty soon.
@@gie51917Fran Lebowitz said that when they auction a Picasso and the gavel comes down people applaud the millions. So they applaud the money but not the painting.
@@gie51917 You think AI...is going to bring something new? And you think painting is irrelevant? My god, you are a dire fool.
@@ritaroad No. They applaud the painting as well. What is this magnificent BS you people are even peddling? What dross.
@@ritaroadI have see that interview and when she asked those people which painting was it? They couldn't even name it they just called it the million dollar painting
Extraordinary photographs.

A working class hero is something to be
How quickly we forget the past to learn for our future….

Anyone knows where you can see this documentary. Sean Tucker did a video about this photographer a few years ago - I would like to watch.
It's on the BBC iPlayer right now.
Does anyone know if it’s coming to Apple TV soon?
It's listed on Apple TV now. If you're in the UK, it's currently on BBC iPlayer for free. I left another message here for someone with a list of all the places you can rent it
There have always been disenfranchised communities in every part of the world. Looks like a poignant film about a person we don't hear much about.
