@@ari1855 Those Alekos with the 1.8D made in France sudenly popped in certain countries of Europe thanks to the grey market. The official export engine was the 1.6 from the Lada Niva, but I'm pretty sure the grey market made the UZAM engine also avaliable, judging by the owners manual in wich the UZAM engine also appears... It was not planned like that but there you go...

The first car I drove, my father's car. I loved it, it was really good, well balanced and well made.

It was sold in Argentina in the 90s. It came with a FORD Diesel 1.8 engine. The same used in the Ford Fiesta.
That was also a common french preparation. I don't know if Argentina maybe supplied from french importer Poch

И с чего именно этот москвич стал "алеко" ? Обычный же 2141
Под названием Алеко выпускали авто для Франции! А так москвич 2141
Для любой страны, это общее название для модели 2141 которые шли на экспорт

Yes it was based on the 1510 but almost everything is different except from parts of the roof and window seals
Yesn't. Not a copy, just looks 98.7% the exact same
