Most of the DB beys from the old school characters are call backs to their beys from previous seasons upgraded for DB system.

But I associate requiem with spin steal and spin steal with left spin so it makes sense to me

The S-Gear is meant to have a attack mode where it's stationary & a defense-like mode to make to make it free spinning. Don't wait until the last minute to find things out yourself.

I think they changed the white side to be left as I think they intended it to spin steal as only the white side has rubber, I'm not sure about the black side but it looks like legend just with extra metal

You gotta treat metal ball drivers really well, clean them after every battle and you'll never have any issues, they actually get better with time if properly cared for
What happens when it gets dirty? Does it affect performance?

Yeah, people should clean they drivers more often like, did you saw their Mobius? It is completely dirty, I always clean mine when I see dust and it has only a little bit that just doesn't get of, but it is the only case I know, the rest or drivers can be cleared very easily with just a bit wet finger, you can wet it with water or saliva itself and it goes away, you can also do it with it dry but it works worst

For marathons, put it in the same spin but in the mode that has an advantage over the bey its battling:
Right spin,attack= right spin defence
Left spin stamina= left spin attack
Right spin balance=right spin balance.

I think Balance mode is better against beys with good recoil like longinus, and defense is good if you want to go with a bit of speed but also nice stamina, the attack is good when you actually want to burst the opponent, and stamina when you want to chill in the middle of the stadium with good stamina

Here's the thing, you can use metal extreme but it can only be on specific cores such as longinus, bahamut, and phoenix and you won't see that much teeth wear

The white kinda side is left because if you observe all of the main ,left spinning beys , all of them are white. Like dragoon, L drago , and longinus. That's probably why left is white.
U do know they was just creative and trying to change things up with Astral Spriggan I mean I like how the switched the sides from World Spriggan it was meant to be switched left side is white and right side black

How many modes
Well technically when you use Dimension and Dimension' it has more like 2 modes.
My only complaint is how difficult it is to remove the chip when in high mode. You have to press extremely hard and push the taps with extreme force to get the chip out. 16 modes is amazing, but it’s so difficult to manage with.

I think the best mode for astral spriggan is to go defence mode and go opposite spin direction of ur opponent(ball tips have better life after death, launch softly too to decrease chance of bursting).If u can’t win in life after death than use any mode except for attack(again,the recoil will cause spriggan to take more dmg).High mode or low mode won’t make too much of a difference(I personally prefer low mode)
And the fact that the Astral Blade has quite the aggressive shape meaning that Astral Spriggan can burst easier with hard launches and attack mode. In left spin. From what I've seen Right spin attack isn't too bad.

Most people were confused with world spriggan's design with black being left not right so they changed it back
You can do a 9 beyblade combo dynamite core- fafnir blade - roar fix dynamite blade of dynamite ragnaruk on the layer and put the f gear of dynamite belial in the second layer blade . Put giga disc and hyperion burn driver and extra part of helios volcano

The reason that the white and gold side of spriggen is left spin is because there is rubber and the reason that the black side of spriggen is right spin is because the medal blades match the black side more where as the rubber on spriggen would look better with white
In my opinion they putted Cyclone Belial because since Cyclone is from Random Booster it is more difficult to get it, you don't know if it will come and this way you will have it 100% sure
That in the Blade's case, idk about the rest like, except for Roar Fafnir all Dynamite Random combos has 2 Dynamite Belial pieces, the red Cyclone Ragnaruk with Nexus and 2,the Dynamite Ragnaruk with Dynamite and Nexus but like, in this case it comes with 3 DYNAMITE BELIAL PARTS!! Since they like so much doing Dynamite Belial parts when are they going to make another Venture? Mine's flat tip broke, I don't know how but the piece tilted so it acts a bit aggressive and then goes to the center :'(
